On the ZEC one-hour chart, after a sharp drop, price found support near 1120 at the lows. The candles stabilized and closed with a small bullish candle, indicating a corrective rebound after oversold conditions, with short-term momentum for an upward move;
however, the Bollinger Bands are trending downward overall, funds continue to flow out, and strong resistance lies at the upper middle band. Until it breaks through, this can only be defined as a bounce during a downtrend; the trend has not reversed.
