CZ rang the opening bell at Nasdaq, and tokenized stock trading volume hit $50 billion in a quarter. But on the other side, SECZ, a leader in tokenized stocks, saw its market cap cut in half in a month.
Same sector, two completely different stories.
CZ has framed this narrative as “bringing the US capital markets on-chain,” with BNB Chain at its core: Q3 tokenized stock trading volume surged to $25.6 billion, 11 times the previous quarter’s level.
Lao Ma’s personal take: CZ’s “gradual and long” timeline isn’t just lip service. 22 US-listed companies are resisting tokenization by exercising the

$BTC Same chop, new day.
We're inside a falling wedge/symmetrical triangle on the LTF, which is a classic bullish reversal pattern when it appears at the bottom of a downtrend.
Along with that, we've formed a double bottom in the start of the current week as well.
The last daily candle also closed as a Doji, which by itself signals indecision. But when we couple that with the fact that it's forming at a major HTF support, the odds of a reversal start looking a little better.
Ideally, we see the current daily candle trigger the reversal and complete the Morning Star bottom pattern.

In this $BT bull market, don't casually take the short side.
A short-term pullback does not mean the broader trend is over. What really needs watching is whether the higher-timeframe structure has been broken.

#每周来晒 #美股财报季 #WCTCS9 Earnings Season Gets Real: Three Questions Wall Street Needs Answered Before November
U.S. stocks are entering the densest stretch of the earnings calendar with a cautious mood. The S&P 500 closed Monday at 7,677 and the Nasdaq at 26,169, both after two straight weekly losses. About 163 S&P 500 companies report this week, and Microsoft, Alphabet and Amazon alone are worth roughly $10.5 trillion, about a third of everything reporting. Tesla and Meta gave a mixed opening, Apple reports on November 2, and Nvidia closes the cycle in late November. Behind every report sits one

#每周来晒 #美股财报季 Big Tech earnings week: the cash-coverage scoreboard that ranks AI spending
Seven names, one question: can AI growth justify record spending? Instead of ranking by popularity, I ranked by a measure that cuts through the noise, which is how much operating cash flow covers capital spending. Then I compared the same companies on AI monetization, earnings quality, valuation and risk, and picked the strongest fundamentals.
The calendar
Microsoft and Alphabet report on Wednesday, October 28, and Amazon on Thursday, October 29. The Fed's rate decision comes the same day as Microsoft and Alphabet, at 18:00 UTC, so investors get a policy signal hours before the earnings. Apple follows on November 2, and Nvidia is expected around mid-November, pending confirmation.
The coverage ratio
Dividing operating cash flow by capex, using each company's latest reported figures, gives a rough picture. Periods differ, so treat it as directional.
- Microsoft: operating cash flow of $55.4 billion against cash capex of $35.8 billion in its fiscal fourth quarter, about 1.55 times, or roughly 1.35 times with finance leases.
- Tesla: $6.26 billion against $4.73 billion in Q3, about 1.3 times.
- Meta: $32.79 billion against $34.91 billion, about 0.94 times.
- Amazon: trailing operating cash flow of $161.4 billion against capex of $169.0 billion, about 0.95 times.
- Alphabet: $39.1 billion against $44.9 billion in Q2, about 0.87 times.
Only Microsoft and Tesla cover their spending from operations. The other three are funding the gap with debt, equity or cash.
Microsoft: the strongest fundamentals
Azure grew 43% in the fourth quarter and is guided to about 45% in constant currency for the first quarter, with revenue guidance of $89.85 billion to $90.95 billion, up 16% to 17%. Commercial remaining performance obligations rose 84% to $678 billion, Microsoft 365 Copilot passed 30 million paid seats, and management expects free cash flow to stay positive in fiscal 2027. The catch: capex is set to exceed $50 billion in the quarter, and quarterly free cash flow fell 23% to $19.6 billion. Analysts expect earnings of about $4.71 per share on $90.63 billion of revenue. Verdict: best balance of growth, backlog and cash.
Alphabet: the fastest grower with the thinnest cushion
Google Cloud revenue grew 82% to $24.8 billion in Q2, from 63% in Q1 and 48% in Q4 2025, ahead of Azure at 43% and AWS at 37%, and Synergy puts its share at a record 15%. Cloud operating income was $8.8 billion against $2.8 billion a year earlier. The backlog reached $514 billion, up more than $50 billion sequentially. But capex doubled to $44.92 billion, free cash flow came in at negative $5.86 billion for the first time, and Alphabet raised $70 billion in equity and debt. Consensus calls for about $128 billion of revenue and EPS near $3.03. Verdict: the strongest growth, the weakest coverage.
Amazon: the cleanest test
AWS grew 37% to $42.2 billion in Q2 with operating income of $16.6 billion, narrowing Azure's lead from 16 points to 6, but trailing free cash flow fell to negative $7.6 billion on capex of about $200 billion to $220 billion. Expectations are about $202 billion of revenue and EPS of $1.96. Verdict: AWS acceleration is a single number that tells you whether the spending works.
Meta: growth without cash
Revenue of $64.60 billion rose 26%, but total expenses rose about 68% and free cash flow was negative $2.12 billion, with 2026 capex of $135 billion to $145 billion. The stock fell about 7% on the day after earnings. Verdict: strong top line, weak return on spending so far.
Tesla: cash cushion, thin growth
Deliveries of 486,532 beat estimates, but revenue was flat at $28.05 billion and GAAP net income fell 43%. Free cash flow of $1.53 billion benefited from working capital and lower capex, and full-year capex guidance was cut to $20 billion. Valuation still depends on autonomy and robots, not on vehicle earnings.
Apple and Nvidia: the two different tests
Apple reports on November 2 with consensus near $113.4 billion of revenue, up about 10.6%, and EPS around $1.99. The tests are iPhone demand, China, Services growth, margins and Apple Intelligence monetization. Nvidia is the exam that grades everyone else, since hyperscaler capex becomes its revenue, so Blackwell and Rubin shipments, gross margin and export rules matter most.
Does a beat guarantee a rise
No. Meta beat on revenue and fell, Tesla beat on adjusted EPS and fell, and SpaceX beat and fell the next session. The reaction follows guidance, spending and cash flow, not the headline.
My ranking on strength of fundamentals
1. Microsoft: coverage above 1, a $678 billion backlog and accelerating Azure.
2. Alphabet: the best growth, with the weakest coverage.
3. Amazon: improving AWS growth, but trailing free cash flow is negative.
4. Meta: high growth, but costs rose faster than revenue.
That ranking is about fundamentals, not about which stock rises after the report.
Azure against the 45% guide, Google Cloud's third straight quarter of acceleration, AWS against 37%, and any hint about 2027 capex. The Fed's tone on October 28 sets the mood for all of them.
In a boom, everyone reports the same headline: more demand. The company worth owning is the one that can pay for that demand without borrowing from tomorrow, and the cash-coverage ratio is the cleanest way to find it.

Yesterday's market was completely pointless: it could neither go up nor down. For short-term trades, you could only grab a couple of bites and run; there was no room to hold at all.
Today, though, we got something.
The 1-hour and 4-hour charts both formed golden crosses, and the low rose from 79178 to 79966, so the short-term bottom has more or less held. But don't celebrate too soon: the daily chart is still deep below the zero line and expanding. Above 800 is nowhere near a reversal—at best,

#美股财报季 The market is no longer willing to pay for AI spending: Earnings from the three major cloud giants + the Fed will decide whether we rebound or plunge
If you’ve been following U.S. stocks lately, you’ve probably sensed a shift: For the past two years, anything tied to AI basically went up without question; starting this week, though, investors have become more selective—AI stories alone aren’t enough anymore; companies need to deliver results.

#美股财报季 The Market Is No Longer Paying for AI Spending: Earnings from the Three Cloud Giants + the Fed Will Decide Whether the Rebound Continues or the Market Plunges Further
If you’ve been following U.S. stocks lately, you’ve probably noticed a change: over the past two years, anything associated with AI would go up almost without fail. But starting this week, investors have become more selective—AI stories alone are no longer enough; companies need to deliver results.
The immediate trigger was last week’s market action. The Nasdaq fell for the week, its worst weekly performance since June this year, and even saw its biggest single-day drop intraday.
The reason is straightforward: earnings from Meta and semiconductor equipment maker Lam Research fell short of expectations, prompting the market to seriously question for the first time when the billions these major companies are pouring into AI will actually pay off. And this week is when a wave of earnings reports will come in.
Why This Week Is So Important
Several major events are converging:
After the market closes on Wednesday (10/28), Microsoft and Google parent Alphabet will report earnings on the same day;
In the early hours of Thursday (10/29), the Fed will announce its interest rate decision, and Amazon will report earnings that evening;
The U.S. September PCE inflation data will also be released on Thursday.
In other words, guidance from the three major cloud providers, the Fed’s stance, and inflation data will all land within two days. They will answer the same question: Is the recent pullback in U.S. stocks a normal correction, or the start of a much steeper decline?
A Few Numbers to Watch
Wall Street currently expects major cloud providers to spend around $800 billion on AI this year. The money has already been invested; now the market wants to see returns.
As for the Fed, it is widely expected to hold rates steady in October, keeping them at 3.75%–4.00%. But markets have already priced in about a 72%–80% chance of a rate hike in December. So a hold this time doesn’t mean policy will be more accommodative going forward.
One less-noticed point: data shows Wall Street’s overall leverage ratio has risen to 214%. Leverage has been quietly building up as markets have heated up, and if the tide turns, deleveraging itself could amplify volatility.
There is good news on the other hand: S&P 500 companies that have reported third-quarter results so far are still posting year-over-year earnings growth of around 30%. Fundamentals haven’t broken down; expectations simply ran too far ahead and now need to be validated by results.
So the key thing to watch this week isn’t whether stocks rise or fall, but whether companies’ guidance on spending and signals on returns line up.
Key Times This Week
Microsoft, Google: After the market closes on 10/28; watch capital spending and signs of returns from cloud businesses;
Amazon: 10/29; watch retail and AWS, as well as its stance on capital spending;
Fed: Early hours of 10/29; a hold is largely expected, so focus on the wording around December; PCE: 10/29; watch whether inflation adds to rate hike expectations; if volatility picks up, watch for ripple effects from highly leveraged positions.#WCTCS9 #Gate广场万圣节

Sometimes, capital markets are a lot like a group of people at a party: wherever things get lively, that’s where they head. Once the music starts, even the most composed people can’t help but dance a little.
ARM closed up more than 6%, Nvidia rose nearly 3%, and semiconductor stocks broadly climbed. AI is back on the market’s radar, raising a key question: Is this a short-term return of capital, or are investors starting to bet again on the next phase of growth in the AI industry?
