Crypto just experienced a major leverage flush.
More than $841M in positions were liquidated over the latest 24-hour period, with approximately $671M coming from shorts versus roughly $170M from longs.
Bitcoin accounted for around $461M, while Ethereum contributed approximately $176M.

A hacker spent 38.53M DAI and USDS over the past 5 hours to buy 18.27k ETH at an average price of $2,109. The stablecoins came from the proceeds of selling 17.12k ETH received from Tornado Cash 9 months ago at approximately $3,308, which were used to buy back the ETH today during its strong rebound.

I don’t want to kill the mood here on $BTC but we’re trading straight into the Monthly 12/21 EMA resistance.
Things could be starting to look interesting on the lower time frame but the bigger picture shows nothing has really changed.
Bearish crossover + trading below those levels just like we were this exact moment last bear cycle.
Everything will change once we reclaim 76/77 on the monthly.

US Treasury yields are rising again — but the dollar is falling.
That combination tells us investors aren’t simply repricing the Fed. They’re questioning the US fiscal story.
Treasury’s decision to double long-duration bond buybacks bought barely a day of relief. Overnight, the US 30Y climbed back to around 5.25% and the 10Y to 4.71% as investors continued demanding more compensation for holding long-term government debt.
