The rate hike landing is only the prelude: 16 of the 18 officials still expect another hike this year in the dot plot.
The Fed raised the federal funds rate to 3.75%–4%, its first rate hike in more than three years.
The dot plot’s median points to 4.1% at year-end, and the market is also repricing in one additional 25-basis-point hike.
Simply put: this is not a case of being able to breathe a sigh of relief once the hike is delivered; liquidity could still tighten another notch.
My view: BTC holding around $76,000 only means it “didn’t collapse”; it cannot yet be considered a trend reversal.

The Fed has just delivered a 25-basis-point rate hike, lifting the target range to 3.75%‑4.00%. This also marks the resumption of rate hikes after 2023, with further tightening still being signaled.
Just a few hours after the decision, Trump publicly called on social media for U.S. interest rates to be quickly lowered to 1% or even below!
Based on the lower bound of the current rate range, the two sides differ by a full 275 basis points.
On one side, the Fed is still prioritizing the fight against inflation and leaning toward further tightening; on the other, the White House is urging immediat

11 votes short, the honeymoon between crypto and Washington is over
[Plain-language guide] The U.S. CLARITY Act, which aims to establish regulatory boundaries for crypto assets, failed in the Senate by a vote of 49 to 50, sending the crypto market down across the board under mounting pressure.
The key sticking points were the dispute over the presidential conflict-of-interest clause and community banks’ strong concerns that stablecoins paying interest in disguise would lead to deposit outflows.
With the bill stalled, the path to compliance for tokens other than Bitcoin has been blocked, signif

During last night's livestream, I said that zec needed to break above 1296 to produce a fifth wave! Go long on a breakout of 1226! The expected move has now materialized, so long positions should gradually take profit and exit.
BTC has repeatedly wicked and ranged between 75000-76300! Can it produce a fifth-wave surge? The key is whether the 1-hour chart can enter a bullish alignment, which it has not yet done!
The 1-hour chart still needs time to recover. I personally don't think the price will rise that quickly! If it breaks through in time, repeated shakeouts will still

After the rate hike, crypto-linked U.S. stocks got hit first: Circle fell about 6.8%, HOOD about 5.7%, and COIN about 4.5%.
The Dow also plunged over 1% on the day, with risk appetite cutting high-beta assets first. Crypto prices did not collapse on the spot, but leverage on the U.S. stock side loosened first.
Simply put: this looks like cutting stock positions first, then deciding whether to cut crypto positions.
I think the main theme this round is a double hit to valuations from “regulatory expectations falling short + rate hikes,” not a one-sided blowup.

Warsh hikes rates, forced to go head-to-head with Trump!
First hike in three years, passing unanimously with all 12 votes.
The federal funds rate rose from 3.50%–3.75% to 3.75%–4.00%. The first move since July 2023.
Warsh’s statement was short and forceful, just over a hundred words.
The economic assessment was tough: steady growth, resilient domestic demand, strong productivity, robust capital spending, employment keeping pace, and an unemployment rate that has barely moved. Then one sentence killed all wishful thinking: inflation remains elevated.
Today’s move is aimed at bringing prices bac

I love the Imperial Ancestral Temple so much. Ancient cypresses tower into the sky. Each one is a Daoist master. Walking through the woods, with qi merging with spirit, I feel that my soul has become much more grounded.
As I walk, I keep thinking that once I die, it would be nice to have myself cremated and buried here—or scattered here to serve as flower fertilizer for the great trees. Then I really could smile in the Nine Springs—how would I get past security, and who could help me make this happen?

Conclusion first: This is a typical funding-driven sharp rally, with bulls in absolute control, but the combination of overbought conditions and a positive funding rate means the short-term risk of a sharp wick is already higher than the potential gains from chasing longs.

$AAVE ‌AAVE: After a sharp rise, funds are flowing back in—is this a breakout opportunity or a chance to get trapped at the top?
AAVE has once again become a market focus today.
The DeFi sector was broadly weak for some time, but AAVE strengthened noticeably today, with its price returning near a key area.
When many people see a rise, their first reaction is:
“Is DeFi about to start rotating again?”
But the question is:
After the rise, is there still room for profit if we enter now?
Or has it already reached the point where earlier investors are preparing to take profits?

$BTC $ETH After a round of declines, bearish sentiment in the market has erupted in full force.
Short liquidations have now reached three times the size of long liquidations, and short positions have become quite crowded. Even a slight dip in price could very likely trigger a wave of stop-losses among short positions first, after which the true direction will emerge. In the short term, the impact of an upward move sweeping through stop-loss levels will be much stronger than that of a direct decline.

Things are different over a longer time frame. Yesterday's rate hike, combined with Warsh's h
