The total issuance of KERNEL Tokens is confirmed to be 1,000,000,000, so the exchange ratio is 1/10.
2. All executed KERNEL points pre-OTC trading orders will be converted to KERNEL pre-OTC trading orders at a ratio of 10/1. The total order amount remains unchanged. For example, user A sells 500 KERNEL points at a price of 0.1 USDT, then the transaction amount of the order is 50 USDT, and the collateral margin is 50 USDT.
