USDC issuer Circle applies for listing on the NYSE with the code "CRCL"

PANews reported on May 27 that, according to CoinDesk, stablecoin giant Circle has submitted an IPO application to the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “CRCL”. The Company will issue 24 million Class A shares, of which 9.6 million will be issued by the Company and 14.4 million will be sold by existing shareholders, with an expected pricing range of $24 to $26 per share. Circle is the issuer of USDC, and this listing marks a step closer to the traditional financial market.
