BiyaPay Analyst: Coinbase aims to replace the US stock market, allowing startups to "finance on-chain" during their lifecycle.
According to Mars Finance, on October 28, cryptocurrency trading giant Coinbase is reshaping the rules of the Capital Market. CEO Brian Armstrong recently revealed on a podcast that the company is building an “end-to-end on-chain financing ecosystem” using Blockchain technology, allowing founders to directly sign up for company registration, issue equity Tokens, complete seed funding rounds, and receive USDC stablecoin funds instantly. With its acquisition platform Echo, Coinbase plans to simplify the financing process, connecting entrepreneurs directly with global investors, bypassing banks and lawyers. JPMorgan expressed optimism, believing that Coinbase's Layer-2 network Base will become its growth engine, upgrading the company's rating to “overweight.” Analysts pointed out that if Base issues Tokens in the future, Coinbase could potentially gain up to $12 billion in value share. On the regulatory front, Coinbase is pushing for the compliance of on-chain financing in the U.S., striving to allow ordinary investors to participate in early investment opportunities. BiyaPay analysts stated that the trend of on-chain blockchain financing means that the global efficiency of capital flow and equity issuance is being redefined. BiyaPay has taken the lead in supporting zero-fee digital money Spot and Futures Trading, and has opened USDT for investment in U.S. stocks, Hong Kong stocks, and futures, providing users with a low-cost entry into the global Capital Market.
