BTC and ETH trade sideways over the weekend; continue watching resistance on rebounds
BTC remains range-bound in the short term, and its four-hour structure has not yet turned bullish; ETH continues to underperform BTC.
Trading volume is low over the weekend. Avoid opening positions in the middle of the range or anticipating a breakout.

Visa has launched international payments using stablecoins.
The payments giant has moved Visa Direct technology from pilot mode to commercial operation.
USDC is being used as the stablecoin, enabling international transfers to be pre-funded. This will allow transactions to be processed regardless of bank operating hours.
Visa's first partner is payments company Inyo Global, which has integrated the new technology into its platform.
The rollout is significant: payouts are available in more than 180 countries through Inyo Global. However, USDC is currently available only

After $SAND 's sharp 24-hour surge, the next step is to see whether it continues or pulls back
When I looked at this chart again, $SAND , I first covered up the 24-hour +8.15%. It's not that this number doesn't matter, but it's too easy for it to grab all the attention. What really needs explaining right now is that after $SAND's sharp 24-hour surge, momentum and continuation are not the same thing. I won't extrapolate the large move that's already happened into the next leg; first, I'll see whether the price can hold in its new range.
My view is that the large move has already happened, and th

OCTOBER 19–23: A HIGH-VOLATILITY WEEK FOR $BTC & CRYPTO
Next week has multiple macro catalysts lining up at once: China growth data, inflation releases, central-bank decisions, US economic data and major tech earnings.
The Fed is also in its blackout period ahead of the October 28 FOMC meeting, meaning traders will have fewer fresh policy signals to work with.
Here’s the risk map:

$AVAAI A brutal one-day shakeout: 0.0071, down 18.59% in 24 hours, with 15.9M in trading volume. The price has already touched a low of 0.0070—this isn’t an ordinary pullback; liquidity is drying up.
Last night’s Fed minutes were somewhat hawkish, the U.S. Dollar Index strengthened, and risk assets came under broad pressure. The correlation between BTC and altcoins has clearly increased in recent days, leaving small-cap assets like AVAAI bearing the brunt. The fund flows are clear: those who chased in at higher levels are cutting losses, buy orders on the order book are thin, and the rebound l

Damn! A Hyperliquid whale is riding a $110 $BTC long at 40x leverage.
> Position: 1,356 BTC
> Entry: $81,914
> Liquidation: around $80,266
That liquidation level is dangerously close.
At 40x, even a small move against the position can wipe out the margin.
Big position, very little room for error.

Weekly chart turns bearish—can Bitcoin and Ethereum still push higher in the short term?
A brief look at the outlook: will Trump’s midterm election be a positive catalyst, or will we keep gapping down?
CPI and PPI data came in well above expectations. After BTC’s deep dip and wick, it rallied back up. Support in the bearish range failed to hold. Whether the mid-term market can stabilize and push higher depends on the Fed’s next moves, as well as the odds of liquidity sweeping both longs and shorts!
The Fed is about to enter its blackout period ahead of the October 27–28 policy meeting, with po

🔥 CPI + PPI SHOCK: INFLATION IS BACK IN CONTROL — WHAT HAPPENS NEXT TO BTC, GOLD
The market is facing a serious macroeconomic test. September inflation came in hotter than expected, producer prices surged, technology stocks weakened, and Bitcoin came under pressure near the $80,000 region.
But this is not simply a bearish market. It is a battle between persistent inflation, Federal Reserve policy, liquidity, institutional positioning, and safe-haven demand. The next move will depend on how these forces interact.
Let's break down the numbers, market structur
With oil nearing $110, crypto traders also need to keep a close eye on this strait
Over the weekend, it looked like news about tankers. By Monday, it could affect everyone’s positions.
On October 17, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said two oil tankers struck mines and caught fire in the Strait of Hormuz. However, the claims have not yet been independently confirmed, so the specific losses cannot be treated as definitive.
As for prices, on the latest trading day—October 16—Brent crude closed at $109.86, up 3.7% for the day; WTI closed at $101.41, up 3.5%. For the week, they rose 4.9%

US September PPI came in at 6.3% YoY, well above the 5.3% market expectation, pointing to renewed producer-side inflation pressure. Weekly jobless claims were 199K, broadly in line with forecasts. Could hotter inflation further reduce room for rate cuts, and what does it mean for $BTC, US stocks, and gold?
