ARB at $0.16—what are you still waiting for?
Look at the surface first: up 100%, but everyone who chased the rally is trapped.
ARB surged from the 2026 low of 0.07 to 0.174, doubling in 30 days and posting its strongest rebound in nearly a year. Its market cap has returned to $1.1 billion, with 24-hour trading volume noticeably higher. The price has moved above the 50/100/200-day moving averages, the moving averages have formed a bullish crossover, and RSI is at 52-66. The trend has turned bullish, so pullbacks are opportunities.

$BULLA Signal】Long + 1H pullback to the lower Bollinger Band, 4H bullish structure intact
$BULLA 1H has closed lower for consecutive candles toward the lower Bollinger Band at 0.0927, while the current price of 0.09778 is stuck at the upper end of the entry range. The 4H MACD histogram at 0.0018 remains on the bullish side, but momentum is narrowing; the 1H MACD histogram is expanding downward at -0.0025, and short-term selling pressure has not yet been fully absorbed. Oil finally gave the market a little breathing room after the huge run-up — but I don't think this pullback is enough to call the bigger trend finished.
On September 17, Brent crude settled at $105.83 per barrel, down 2.69%, while WTI dropped roughly 3.2% to $102.43. At first glance, a 3% decline looks significant, especially after crude had pushed toward multi-month highs. But when I look at what actually caused the move, this looks more like a repricing of the immediate supply-risk premium than a complete reversal of the oil story.

The Fed just changed the market conversation.
On September 16, the Federal Reserve raised its policy rate by 25 bps to 3.75%–4.00%, marking its first rate hike since July 2023. The decision was unanimous, 12–0. But for me, the bigger story is not the 25 bps itself. It is the message behind the move: the Fed is still uncomfortable with inflation and is willing to keep financial conditions tight for longer.
Fed Chair Kevin Warsh made that message even clearer after the decision, saying inflation is still too high and that recent readings have not shown enough

Small caps went crazy first after the rate hike: CoinDesk 80 rose 4.7%, while the large-cap-weighted index gained just 1.2%.
94 of the 100 CoinDesk constituents closed higher over the past 24 hours.
Futures open interest rose from about $59.7 billion on Monday to $64.4 billion, with approximately $214 million liquidated over the past day.
Simply put: this looks more like leveraged chasing of gains, not an “air rally” after shorts were closed.
My view: a market-wide sea of green does not equal a broad bull market; small-cap heat plus rising OI is often earlier—and more fragile—than spot inflows
