Important 🇺🇸 U.S. inflation data came out yesterday. Core CPI inflation fell to 2.5%, its LOWEST level in the past five months!
Markets reacted positively, while the probability of a Fed rate hike dropped from 54% to 32%, which is a very positive signal for risk assets, including stocks and crypto.
The Fed pays close attention to core inflation because it excludes short-term fluctuations in food and energy prices, making it a better indicator of underlying inflationary pressure in the economy.
