GATE US IS BUILDING THE REGULATORY ROADMAP FOR ITS NEXT CHAPTER
Gate US has reached 37 state-level compliant licenses in the United States, with Massachusetts becoming the latest addition through its Money Transmitter License.
For me, the most interesting part of this milestone is not simply the number 37.
It is what the number represents.
Crypto exchanges are often measured by trading volume, liquidity, listed assets, fees and user growth. Those metrics are important, but as the industry matures, another factor is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore: regulatory infra

Damn, even though I knew it was fake, I still couldn’t resist clicking it···· The longest-running gimmick I’ve ever gone through is freaking Pinduoduo’s free giveaway campaign···
I only managed to claim 200 once back then and never got anything again. Unless something unexpected happens, this begonia flower will keep splitting indefinitely😂. After 0.1 comes 0.01, and after 0.01 comes 0.001. This referral campaign really does acquire new users quickly, and it still costs 0, but it’s just a little disgusting😂···

The CLARITY Act vote is over, and the important part for crypto traders is not simply that the bill failed. It is how the market reacted before, during and immediately after the vote — because that price action tells us what traders had already priced in and what they are still worried about.
The U.S. Senate voted 49–50 against advancing the CLARITY Act, falling short of the 60 votes required for the procedural motion. The bill was designed to establish a federal framework for digital assets and clarify the respective roles of the SEC and CFTC. Republicans had rele

Three bullish points: 1. The volume has exploded—103M in trading volume is huge for a small-cap coin like VTHO, showing that real money is flowing in; 2. It closed at the high, meaning the bulls have complete control with no selling pressure; 3. VeChain’s fundamentals speak for themselves—it’s doing among the best in the enterprise-grade blockchain space.

CLARITY Act Hits a Senate Roadblock

But this was a procedural vote — not a final vote on the Act.
The bigger takeaway: U.S. crypto market-structure rules remain unresolved, keeping regulatory uncertainty in focus.
The bill stalled. The debate continues.

📊 AI MEMORY IS TURNING STOCK DERIVATIVES INTO A NEW TRADING BATTLEGROUND
The AI boom is no longer just a story about GPUs and data centers. One of the biggest developments happening underneath the surface is the growing demand for high-performance memory, and that is putting semiconductor giants such as SK hynix and Samsung Electronics firmly in the spotlight.
Gate’s stock derivatives market is already showing strong trader participation in these two names.

SK HYNIX, TEMASEK AND JAPAN: THE AI MEMORY STORY IS GETTING BIGGER
Some semiconductor stories are about one company.
This one is becoming about an entire supply chain.
Temasek's reported interest in Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, combined with SK Hynix's consideration of a major memory-chip facility in Japan's Miyagi prefecture, creates an interesting picture of where capital, manufacturing capacity and AI demand are moving at the same time.
The Miyagi proposal is still under review, so it should not be treated as a completed investment. Reuters reported on

I didn’t get greedy for the final leg of the $FF short. After securing +692.64%, I handled it on an 80/20 basis: I took profit on 80% first and kept 20% to see whether it could remain under pressure. I won’t chase a short at this level; I’ll only manage the existing position.
After entry, the chart showed a pullback following a false breakout at the highs. Selling pressure was evident near the previous high, while the retest lacked strong support. The price is trading below the key level at 0.1411, so bears have the temporary upper hand, but I won’t mistake consolidation for a one-way move. Vo

The market doesn’t explain itself; it just moves. Your job is simply not to make random moves.

When I checked the market after lunch, the $AKE long position held firm after retesting around 0.0101698, buying pressure strengthened, and I signaled to open a long. 0.0269085 Feels good, brothers, +4034.43% huge gains—this round of waiting wasn’t in vain.

Take profit on 80% first, protect the remaining 20% at the entry price, and move the stop loss closer to the entry price. Lock in profits when it’s time.

Experts die trying to catch the bottom, retail traders perish chasing orders, and smar

GPU-hours might be turning into something you hedge.
The CFTC is already exploring compute derivatives, and Liquid Compute just raised $15M to build a regulated market for GPU futures, options + swaps.
Makes sense if AI compute really grows from ~$360B in 2025 to ~$2.3T by 2030.
The weird part is standardization.
An H100-hour in one region isn’t the same product as a B200-hour somewhere else with different networking, power costs and cluster size.
So before compute gets a real futures market, someone has to invent the benchmark contract everyone agrees to trade around.
Once that exists, labs c

$ETH ’s decline this time: I had positioned bearishly earlier and held until now. I’ve closed 80% of the short position first, with the remaining 20% following a protective stop. The setup was repeated resistance at the previous high and no-volume support on the pullback, so I dared to short along with the weakness.

During the holding period, each rebound was weaker than the last, with the moving averages weighing on price. I didn’t rush to add; I only confirmed after the breakdown. After the floating profit reached +639.19%, I took profit on most of the position first—not because I’m bearish

TON: collapse or a new stage?

Everyone's tired of it.
So let's sum it all up in one post and see where TON is heading.

A Full Moon, A Failed Vote, and Why I Am Still Bullish After CLARITY
Last night I was watching the full moon with my family, and at the same time watching the Senate live count on my phone. At 02 15 UTC plus 8, the CLARITY Act procedural vote came in. 49 to 50. Failed.
Everyone in the comments was shouting bearish. I think the opposite. Let me explain why this 49-50 failure is actually a gift for traders like us on Gate.
First, what really happened in Washington
The Senate needed 60 votes to move forward. This is called cloture. Republicans have 53

The U.S. Senate will hold a key procedural vote on the CLARITY Act on September 15, requiring 60 votes to advance with Republicans holding 53 seats. Kalshi data shows the odds of passage this year have fallen to 25%, with ethics provisions and stablecoin yield still unresolved. What would advancing the bill mean for crypto markets?
