🕵️ Nvidia's ($NVDA) board of directors opens an independent investigation into its CEO Jensen Huang's relationship with an alleged Chinese spy, according to The New York Times. It says it has no reason to believe company secrets were compromised.
In a letter to employees, Jensen Huang admits he was unfaithful to his wife: “There is no excuse for what I did.”

A daily close above $1.5257 could set up another leg higher. For now, holding above $1.37 is important to keep this recovery intact.

The structure has improved considerably. Now the breakout needs confirmation.
