BP’s product story is worth hearing.
Once you’ve heard the share-swap math for 2,000 shares, you should let it go.
This regulatory rebound at the current price is a window to reduce your position, not a window to lock it in.
Not investment advice. Read the terms yourself and bear your own risk.
$BP
BP-1.84%
The official website says “potential / planned IPO.” There is no S-1, no ticker, no pricing, and the conversion ratio has not been finalized.
• 25% already in circulation (250 million)
• Another 37.5% (375 million) will be issued to users during the Pre-IPO
• 37.5% in the treasury will be locked for at least one year after the IPO
The circulating supply could more than double later. At the same market cap, the token price will be diluted.
Staking: flexible for the first 7 days; withdrawals take 7 calendar days.
First, be clear: $BP is Backpack’s platform token, not a stock.
What it can do: provide fee discounts and wire transfer benefits. If you stake it for a full year, you have the right to exchange BP for company equity in the event of a “potential IPO / acquisition”—but you can also choose not to.
This is an option, not U.S. stock that has already been issued to you.
I currently hold BP, and I also discussed it with Grok. I have roughly 2,000 $BP, currently worth about $0.57 each, for a total of a little over 1,100 U.
Some people say to lock it up for a year and wait for the Backpack IPO to exchange it for shares; others are calling for it to return to 0.8, $1, or even $50.
I compared the official terms, the market data, and the slogans on X.
Here’s the conclusion first: Don’t lock up all 2,000 tokens for a year. Treat 0.8 as a lottery ticket, not a plan.
This is not investment advice.
The article on my new XHS account about shorting Zhipu was also taken down by Zhipu.
I really can’t take this anymore. I was just sharing my own experience trading it, and Zhipu accused me of something completely unfounded. In fact, Zhipu did upload other individuals’ Git materials, and I submitted my post at around 4 p.m. on Friday. Later, Zhipu’s own X account also confirmed that, much like Grok Build, it had uploaded other people’s materials to a cloud platform.

I wanted to ask everyone, do FANCL nutritional packs really work?
I’ve tried them once. Back then, Duoduo’s mom’s purchasing service only charged a little over 80, but now the price has doubled. Oh my god.

That’s such a dark joke—having Zhipu’s GLM 5.3falsh short Zhipu’s stock.

I was playing games earlier and didn’t watch the market—is this Reverse Cursed Technique? After the Domain Expansion triggered a circuit breaker, it immediately used Reverse Cursed Technique. The price surged and crashed—who could take it?

Got into Mimo’s closed beta—getting ready to kick things off.
My former favorite, ZunJia, raised its prices, so I can only continue using IBKR.

You’re telling me this is supposed to be a dividend low-volatility fund? The swings have been so huge these past few days—I’m dizzy. A-shares are so disappointing.

Holy crap, Uncle Neil, Art Attack.
Is it because I’m using the beta version? Gate or other apps can’t be updated?
