The market expects OCI growth to reach around 115%. If that materializes, AI computing demand is still there, and Oracle’s AI cloud story is not over yet.
But the biggest problem now is also Capex. AI data centers keep requiring massive spending; rapid revenue growth is one thing, but whether the money can ultimately be earned back is another.
So for this earnings report, I’m personally more focused on OCI growth and the subsequent capital expenditure guidance.
