I am heavily invested in $NEAR so decided to deep dive about these @dfinity vs. @NEARProtocol patent infringement claims.
Claude, ChatGPT and Grok broadly converge on the same conclusion:
DFINITY $ICP appears to have a credible patent issue worth pursuing, but not a clear cut case that threatens NEAR’s protocol. NEAR $NEAR HAS meaningful non-infringement, validity and design-around defenses.
the most likely outcome is either no action, a limited license/settlement, or continued migration away from the disputed implementation.

most of panamanians didn't sleep last night, a ton of replicas after the 7.7 earthquake, apparently it released twice as much energy as the Venezuela's 7.5 and almost three times as the Colombia's 7.4.
so far over 147 aftershocks, five of them above 6 (6.1, 6.9, 6.1, 6.2, and 6.6).
fortunately for us ZERO DEATHS reported, only material damages.
I can't complain, personally I've been very serene, I guess crypto thought me a thing or two about fear, slept like a baby.
