Unfortunately, it looks like Uptober has been cancelled.
Part of the reason I closed my bitcoin:native long was the twappy and mechanical nature of the bounce.
We also had a bearish weekly close below 84.4k, which was my line in the sand.
Distribution + deviation in play now.
I'll look for bounce plays around the midrange at 78.4k.
Unless we get a weekly close below the 70k impulse candle, I still think the bull market is intact.
I see a range here, with the base at 72k and a brief deviation below 70k

$AVAX is still in a bullish daily structure. A deeper pullback is the better bid.
The reload zone is the daily FVG at $8.40–$9.40. That band lines up with the 55/100/200 EMAs and the rising trendline. A hold there is the long for a push back toward $12+.

The most unusual detail in today’s market was not on the gainers’ list, but in the funding rates: $ZRO surged 8.88% over 24 hours, yet its funding rate was only +0.0012%, virtually flat around zero, while the funding rate for $GTC, which soared 56% during the same period, was pushed to the extreme negative level of -2.0000%. This shows that ZRO’s rally was not driven by crowded leveraged longs; shorts were even probing the edge of paying funding. The long-short positioning is relatively clean, and the risk of a wick triggering short liquidations is greater than that of long liquidations.
