TRON founder @justinsuntron has secured his first victory in the lawsuit against @worldlibertyfi.
Justin Sun filed a lawsuit claiming that the $WLFI he received after investing $45M in WLF was unilaterally frozen, and that the hidden powers to restrict or burn the tokens were concealed.
WLF sought to refer the case to private arbitration, but the court kept Justin Sun’s individual claims in a public trial.
Although this is not yet a final ruling, merely bringing the question of whether a project can arbitrarily control investors’ on-chain assets into open court can be considered a major victor
