🚨 ELIZABETH WARREN ON U.S. CRYPTO LAW: “IT’S GOING TO BLOW UP THE ECONOMY”
This woman could become chair of the U.S. Senate Banking Committee after a Democratic victory, and would take office in January.
From there, she would decide which crypto laws get voted on, which are shelved, and could launch investigations into companies in the sector.
She has gone so far as to link crypto to terrorists and drug traffickers, and introduced 44 amendments against the CLARITY Act, the law that was supposed to finally provide clear rules for the sector.
The law already stalled in the Senate in September.

In the early hours of election night, Bitcoin touched 75,700. Yesterday it was already at 81,000. Uncertainty is being sold, not the result.
The plan was written before voting: 76,000, 71,000 and 69,000. We bought the first tranche at 76,848. I’ll leave you the message.
If it drops, next zone. No chasing.

WHY 95% WILL NEVER MAKE MONEY IN CRYPTO 👇
Let me be honest with you: 95% of the people reading this will never make it.
It doesn't matter how much information you have, how good your strategies are, or which projects you invest in.
Because the problem isn't knowledge or analysis.
The problem is something much deeper that no one wants to admit.
Most people don't fail because they lack money; they fail because they lack emotional strength.
Here's the truth no one tells you at first: most people don't lose in crypto because they run out of capital to invest.
They lose because they run out of the
Oil has fallen nearly 20% in a week. Brent, from $117 to $94, as Democrats promise to end the war with Iran.
For Bitcoin, this matters more than the elections: expensive oil kept inflation high.
Watch out, the Fed could still raise rates.

Bitcoin is between two very close magnets.
Above, 85 million in shorts at 81,500. Below, 60-80 million in longs at 79,900.
Options expire tomorrow (max pain at 79,000), and the US jobs report comes out.
I’m not chasing anything. Our next buys are at 71,000 and 69,000.

The Democrats are keeping the US House and, barring a surprise, the Senate too (it’s not official yet).
I’ve been thinking about it all morning: this isn’t good news for Bitcoin. Let me explain why, without the drama.
One. The CLARITY Act, which was supposed to set clear rules for crypto in the US, already failed in the Senate in September by one vote. With this Congress, it’s going to sit on the shelf.
Two. Without a law, the rules are decided by the SEC, the CFTC and the Treasury. And whatever an agency decides can be changed by the next administration. More uncertainty.
Three. Investigation

On Monday, 399 million flowed out of Bitcoin ETFs. BlackRock’s alone lost 405, its worst day since June.
And on X, you’ll read “another day of inflows”: they only count Fidelity’s (+6,7).
Look at net flows. Always. In 6 years, I’ve learned that the nice-sounding headline is usually only half the data.

Democrats are projected to take the U.S. House, and betting markets have the Senate as almost a done deal (not official yet).
What changes? The CLARITY Act, the one on crypto rules, stays in the drawer.
Ban Bitcoin? That’s circulating on X without a source. Slow doesn’t mean banned.

Above the price, there are between 250 and 350 million in leveraged shorts, between 78,100 and 78,500. And Friday’s options are pulling toward 79,000.
Below, lots of protection bought at 74,000.
My read: the magnet is above. But a magnet isn’t a promise. And I don’t chase candles.

Paraguay’s bank with the most customers is set to close due to insolvency, and nearly 60% of the country’s adults have been left without access to their money.
Ueno Bank customers can’t withdraw money or make transfers.
This can happen at any bank, because when you deposit your money, the bank doesn’t keep it: it lends it out and invests it. If things go wrong, it has nothing to pay you back with.
So when a bank fails, you don’t decide when you get your money back or how much you get; others do.
That’s why we’ve been advocating for Bitcoin for years.
If you hold it in your own wallet, no one c

Tether says it now has about 150,000 bitcoins. At the beginning of the year, it had between 96,000 and 100,000.
Keep in mind, its CEO said this onstage. It’s not an audit.
Look at the photo: the little guy sells in fear at 26, while the digital-dollar company accumulates. I know where I want to be.

Everything has fallen at once. Stocks, gold, and bitcoin.
October ended with the Nasdaq posting its worst month in a year and a half, gold below 4,000 and near its low for the year, and bitcoin on track for its worst October in 12 years.
Weren’t gold and bitcoin supposed to be safe havens?
When fear is real, people don’t sell what they want to sell. They sell what they can. Funds are dumping tech stocks at the fastest pace in a decade, they need cash, and they’re getting it from wherever they can: gold, bitcoin, whatever.
When everything falls at once, the market isn’t looking for a safe haven

Tomorrow there are midterm elections in the US, and I’m reading that “they move bitcoin.”
The last two: November 2018, down 37%. November 2022, down 16%.
It wasn’t the elections. The market was already falling in 2018, and FTX collapsed in 2022. I’m not going to touch anything because of one Tuesday.

A financial expert says GTA 6 could save you $5,000.
Millionaire Mark Tilbury claims players could save $100 every night they play instead of going out to eat or get drinks.
His calculation starts with the price. Tilbury uses $99.99, the cost of the Ultimate Edition, although the Standard Edition costs $79.99.
He then estimates that completing the story takes around 80 hours, so each hour of gameplay costs about $1.25.
Add side missions and exploring the map, and he estimates it comes to around 200 hours, bringing the cost per hour down to $0.50.
Now, if you play 4 hours every night, those 200

BITCOIN'S WHITE PAPER TURNS 18 TODAY
On October 31, 2008, someone named Satoshi Nakamoto sent a 9-page document titled “Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System” to a cryptography mailing list.
It was published six weeks after the collapse of Lehman Brothers, in the midst of the financial crisis, while governments were bailing out banks with everyone's money.
Two months later, the network was born, and in its first block Satoshi embedded The Times headline about a second bank bailout.
The idea was simple: money that no one could print, that didn't need a bank in the middle, and that work

This 19-year-old stole 185 Bitcoin, about $13 million, with a simple phone call 🤯
He impersonated Google and Trezor support and convinced the victim to give him access to his wallet.
With that money, he bought a Lamborghini, two BMWs and jewelry, rented private jets, and even bragged about his method on Discord.
He was arrested that same month in Miami, sitting in the back of a Rolls-Royce.
Those 185 Bitcoin were a California man’s life savings, and of the $13 million stolen, he has returned only $3.8 million.
No one hacked Bitcoin or his wallet; the victim himself gave a stranger access over

🚨 Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin issues a warning to the crypto sector.
“If all we build is a financial casino where people only speculate on token prices without creating real value, then we will have failed and the industry will soon die.”
Most cryptocurrencies are just that: promises. Some altcoins can multiply in a good cycle, but many others will end up at zero, no matter how good they sound today.
That’s why Bitcoin remains the foundation, and why with altcoins, it’s not enough to buy the one that’s trending. You need to know which one has real potential behind it and how much weig
