Avoid event contracts outside trading hours. BTC and ETH are very easy to manipulate—a tiny amount of capital can trigger an explosive price spike within seconds, followed by an inexplicable reversal at the last moment. It’s disgusting. During trading hours, trade with the trend on 5-minute and 15-minute timeframes, and patiently catch reversals on the 1-hour timeframe; it’s relatively easy to profit. Polymarket or Gate’s own event contracts are both fine. Does anyone have better ideas or suggestions?
