The entire market fell amid a war, with BTC dipping to a low of 763; on the 4-hour chart, the highs continue to decline, and the bearish structure remains intact.
On the 1-hour chart, the rebound from 766 to 777 shows buying support below. Chasing shorts directly is highly likely to result in a rebound and stop-loss sweep, so this is a weak corrective rebound. The key is to observe whether overhead resistance can cap the price.
Trapped positions above, liquidity below. The 780‑785 area is a previous high-volume trading zone, with a large number of trapped long positions. At the same time, call options around 785 are creating resistance. If the market continues lower, it will most likely rebound first to sweep the shorts above, then break through the liquidity below 770 and 765.
770 below is the first support, while 763 is the liquidity zone around the previous low. Once it breaks decisively, the next target is 755.
