In 1992, Irena Scott, began giving disclosures of her former employer Battelle, at first in 92 not naming names.
Scott later named names like scientists, E.J. Center, Howard Cross & a friend of Center known only originally as "Nicholson," in her @Mufon presentation in 94. In 94, Scott further wrote an article for Mufon. This was when she was simultaneously on Mufon Board as well.

In Wright Patterson base commander General Curtis Lemay's autobiography, he admitted, that some cases in Bluebook were unidentified & anomalous. That was in 1965 prior to Bluebook ending in 1969. New Govt documents from CIA, Navy, NASA & others are exposing the internal Govt struggle with what was coined, "The UFO Problem." A newly released 1948 memo shows US Navy responding to a surge of "flying disc" sightings.
In a three-page directive, Navy told its personnel, commands, & offices to keep an eye & immediately report "flying discs" or, era’s term for UFOs/UFOBs/Flyorbts at the time.
