The Bitcoin Red Team, using China’s Kimi K3 and other AI models, examined 501 projects—wallets, Lightning infrastructure, libraries, payment software, and other open-source projects in the BTC ecosystem.
Results:
▫️7958 potential issues were found.
▫️1280 were rated high or critical risk.
▫️A working proof of vulnerability was created for ~25% of the findings.
▫️Nearly 30% of the results have already been reported to project developers.

China-linked attackers targeted Taiwan using a team of 8 AI agents that independently searched for vulnerabilities, chose methods of intrusion, and changed tactics after failed attempts.
