Lagos costal highway was created with zero drainage system to the sea
The sea was artificially pushed backwards with zero proper infrastructure for drainage
2 months ago, we had serious flooding problem all over Lagos island axis of orchid, lekki, VI, and major areas close to the sea
Nepal was today, tomorrow will be somewhere else…
2 months ago was a test, one day it will be execution and practical.
It can still be fixed now… proper drainage, more funding for experiments and proper testing against possible reasons as to if we’ll ever get over flooding…
