#CLARITY ACT - NOT OVER YET 🇺🇸:
🚨The Senate failed to advance the CLARITY Act yesterday after falling short of the 60 votes required for the procedural hurdle.
But understand this:
👉THE CLARITY ACT IS NOT TECHNICALLY DEAD. ⚠️
👉Sen. Thom Tillis switched his vote to NO as a procedural move that preserves the possibility of reconsideration.
👉The problem now is TIME. ⏳
👉The legislative window before the midterms is extremely tight, and any renewed attempt would still have to clear the Senate and ultimately reconcile with the House before reaching the President.
So don't confuse:

#CLARITY ACT - IF 60 VOTES FAIL TODAY… IT’S NOT OVER 🇺🇸 ⚠️
A failed vote today does NOT automatically kill the #CLARITYAct.
What matters is the VOTE COUNT:
🟢 59 YES → Technically FAILS, but only ONE vote short. Another push could come quickly after negotiations.
🟡 57–58 YES → Still very much ALIVE. Expect negotiations and another attempt.
🟠 53–56 YES → More work needed. Amendments/concessions could mean weeks.
🔴 ≤52 YES → Bigger political problem. Passage could be significantly delayed.
Remember:
