What matters is the VOTE COUNT:
🟢 59 YES → Technically FAILS, but only ONE vote short. Another push could come quickly after negotiations.
🟡 57–58 YES → Still very much ALIVE. Expect negotiations and another attempt.
🟠 53–56 YES → More work needed. Amendments/concessions could mean weeks.
🔴 ≤52 YES → Bigger political problem. Passage could be significantly delayed.

2️⃣ Fibonacci Structure: bottoms, retracements and extensions repeatedly interacting with the same major Fib levels.
3️⃣ The 2 Exponential Moving Averages: acting as dynamic support, resistance and macro trend guides throughout every cycle.

If the current structure plays out as projected:

That means a massive expansion in $altcoin market value.

🇺🇸America Deserves to Continue leading the Financial Capital of the World 🇺🇸 and the #Crypto Capital of the world. This is my Stance and i will explain Why in different post.
