In the short term, bulls currently have the upper hand due to the news, but resistance remains overhead. Focus on 4150 tonight; if price encounters resistance there, go short with the trend, targeting 4110, then 4100 and below.

If price breaks through decisively, go long with the momentum and look to enter a short near the second resistance around 4170. This is also the bears’ last line of defense!
