2017: ISM turned up. Alts exploded +1,800% vs Bitcoin.
2021: ISM turned up again. Alts exploded +550% vs Bitcoin.
2025: ISM stayed below 50. Alts dropped -45% vs Bitcoin. Monthly MACD also stayed red.
There was simply no clean Alteason setup But now its changing.
Alts/BTC is in a long consolidation and ISM is back above 54.
If ISM keeps improving and Alts/BTC breaks out, 2027 could be the real altseason.

The last crypto bull market was the slowest and quietest. There was no real Altseason, no retail euphoria, but institutions were accumulating.
This is why the next bull market will be massive. Trillions will move into the crypto market. Alts will pump, retail euphoria will be back, and crypto will outperform everything.
And all of this will happen once the CLARITY ACT becomes law

ETH/BTC closed the monthly above the MA 20.
The last clean reclaim of this average was July 2020, when ETH/BTC ran from 0.0315 to 0.088 and ETH went from $225 to $4,372.
August 2025 also tagged this line but It failed to hold and Price dumped back toward the lows, thats why we need it to hold above MA 20.
Now price is back on the same average. MACD is turning up from the circled low, the same zone that preceded the 2020 breakout.
The chart maps two steps if this hold works.
Target 1: 0.050
Stretch target: the old high near 0.088
ISM came in at 54.6 vs 55.2 expected which means Growth is still
