First the 10xes stopped. We had them in a bear market with a fraction of the money.
Then high FDV coins came and nobody got a chance to make money except VCs/MMs.
Then onchain came as the answer. Except bundles just replaced the VCs. Same extraction.
Somebody’s going to fix this. Crypto has to be +EV again.

Robinhood using its name and founders for a huge onchain season. If they keep playing it smart they'll funnel natives + new people onto their products.
CEXes only offer downtrending alts + stocks post-parabola
People need something to trade in every market phase or they switch

Almost a year since 10/10, the most destructive day this market has seen for traders and holders
MiCA brings it up again, as this is exactly what people should be protected from.
But did anyone do anything so it can't happen again?
Or are we just waiting for another round?

I see MiCA as an immense chance.
The Matthew effect always ruled exchanges: the biggest one compounded hardest.
Now CEXes are competing for rank 1 in Europe again, and the winner will be able to shape the market.
It hasn’t been too great lately, so I’d love some fresh air.

Some strong ones fully gave up on this Bitcoin move -> avoid fake strength

The only reason aerodrome-finance:native didn’t see a disruption as big as $HYPE comes down to value accrual.
$AERO pays holders based on price, but bundles in inflation and dilution along the way.
Too complicated for the average investor, especially with the ve-ptsd still lingering. And the PA hasn’t helped.
The multichain transition makes it harder: it needs a higher emission value to pull old, sticky pools over. So the PA has to improve a lot to beat and take over the new chains without bleeding out Base.
July isn’t far anymore so chances of sucess will be seen in PA in the next weeks

For a CEX, matching Hyperliquid isn’t enough.
You have to outperform it while also offsetting the downsides of regulation and centralization.
If there are bugs, slow execution, or no way for users to share in the upside, it’s not competition. It’s catch-up.

While I do like what near:native has to offer it gives me huge PTSD.
Every last cycle NEAR was basically the last to run. Final hurray for VCs getting exit liquidity before fully retracing its move
