The real story was Bitcoin's reaction.
$BTC dropped to $75,618, a seven-week low, wiping out roughly $300 million in long positions before bouncing toward $78K resistance. S&P 500 futures also fell.
To me, this looks more like a broader risk-off move than a simple reaction to Democrats winning. The political outcome was largely priced in. Leverage, liquidity and uncertainty did the rest.
But the bigger issue is the CLARITY Act.
