SNDK at 1,113 USDT: Is a Strong Recovery Coming? My Complete Trading Strategy, Key Levels, Stop Losses and Profit Targets

SanDisk (SNDK) is showing an important recovery opportunity after experiencing heavy selling pressure. At the current reference price of approximately 1,113 USDT, traders are watching whether buyers can turn this recovery into a stronger upward move.

My view is cautiously bullish for a short-term recovery, but I want confirmation before taking an aggressive long position. The important question is whether SNDK can break above 1,150 and establish a new bullish structure.

1. Current Market Situation
Reference price: 1,113 USDT
The recent trading session showed a recovery from the previous closing area around 1,075, with an intraday high near 1,153 and a low around 1,100.
This indicates that buyers are returning, but sellers are still active near resistance.
SanDisk recently reported strong fiscal first-quarter results, including approximately $11.03 billion in revenue. Its second-quarter revenue outlook was also strong at approximately $12.4 billion.
AI data-center demand and growing storage requirements remain important growth drivers. However, concerns about memory supply, pricing, and future competition can continue creating volatility.

2. Why Can SNDK Recover?
There are several factors supporting a potential recovery:
Strong demand for NAND flash storage.
Increasing AI data-center infrastructure investment.
Strong quarterly financial performance.
Positive revenue guidance.
Potential long-term growth in enterprise and cloud storage.
However, strong company fundamentals do not guarantee an immediate stock-price recovery. Market sentiment and technical confirmation remain essential.

3. Important Support Levels
These are the price zones I would monitor:
1,100 USDT: Immediate support.
1,067 USDT: First major support.
1,042 USDT: Secondary support.
1,009 USDT: Deeper support.
If SNDK holds above 1,100 and starts forming higher lows, buyers could attempt another recovery.
A sustained breakdown below 1,067 would weaken the bullish outlook and increase downside risk.

4. Important Resistance Levels
The next upward move depends on overcoming these resistance areas:
1,134 USDT: Initial recovery resistance.
1,150–1,159 USDT: Important breakout zone.
1,192 USDT: Next upside target.
1,225 USDT: Stronger resistance.
1,266 USDT: Extended recovery target.
A strong breakout above 1,159 with increasing trading volume could open the way toward 1,192 and 1,225.

5. My Trading Strategy: LONG Setup
My preferred approach is to wait for confirmation around 1,100–1,115.
Potential entry zone: 1,105–1,120 USDT.
Entry confirmation:
Price holds above 1,100.
Buyers create higher lows.
Volume increases during upward movements.
Price reclaims 1,134.
A breakout above 1,159 confirms stronger momentum.

6. Stop Loss and Take Profit Levels
For a conditional long setup:

SL1: 1,088 USDT
SL2: 1,055 USDT
SL3: 1,025 USDT
TP1: 1,150 USDT
TP2: 1,192 USDT
TP3: 1,225 USDT
Extended target: 1,266 USDT.
These are alternative stop levels for different risk tolerances, not three stops to use simultaneously. A tighter stop suits a short-term trade, while wider stops require smaller position sizes.
My preferred approach is to secure partial profits at TP1, protect the remaining position, and allow a portion to run toward TP2 and TP3 if momentum remains strong.

7. What If SNDK Breaks Down?
A trading strategy must also prepare for the opposite direction.
If SNDK loses 1,100 and fails to recover it, I would avoid opening new long positions immediately.
A confirmed breakdown below 1,067 could expose 1,042 and 1,009.
If the price falls below 1,009 with strong selling volume, the bullish recovery setup would need to be reconsidered.
I would rather wait for a new support structure than average down blindly.

8. RSI, MACD and Momentum
Recent technical readings have shown relatively weak momentum, with RSI around the mid-30s and MACD remaining bearish.
This suggests that sellers have recently controlled the broader short-term trend.
However, weaker momentum after a major decline can create opportunities for a technical rebound.
I want to see RSI recovering toward 50, a bullish MACD crossover, and stronger buying volume before treating the recovery as a confirmed trend reversal.

9. My Next 24–72 Hour Plan
My plan is straightforward:
First, monitor the 1,100 support zone.
Second, look for a recovery above 1,134.
Third, watch 1,150–1,159 for a confirmed breakout.
If buyers successfully clear this resistance, I will focus on 1,192 as the next target and 1,225 as the following objective.
If price fails at resistance, I will avoid chasing the move and wait for another opportunity near support.

10. Risk Management and Trading Tips
SNDK is a volatile stock, so position sizing is more important than predicting every price movement.
My rules:
Risk only 1–2% of trading capital on an individual trade.
Avoid excessive leverage.
Never enter a breakout without checking volume.
Take partial profits instead of waiting for the highest target.

Do not move a stop loss farther away simply because a trade is losing.

Avoid emotional buying after a sudden green candle.

One additional event deserves attention: SanDisk has announced an 8-for-1 stock split scheduled for November 19, 2026. After the split, quoted share prices and these technical levels will need to be adjusted accordingly.

FINAL VERDICT:
At approximately 1,113 USDT, SNDK is approaching an important decision zone.

My short-term outlook is cautiously bullish while 1,100 holds.

A successful breakout above 1,159 could open the path toward 1,192, 1,225, and potentially 1,266 USDT.

However, losing 1,067 would significantly weaken my recovery expectations.

I am watching three things most closely: buying volume, the 1,159 breakout, and the ability to defend 1,100.

My strategy is to buy confirmation, protect capital, secure partial profits, and let the market prove its next direction.
