Gold bounced 1.8% to $3,945 on Nov 2 from $3,877 low Friday, then eased to $3,922 - $3,928. Fed held rate 3.75-4.00% Oct 28 in 10-2 vote, two dissent for hike. Market sees 74% odds of Dec hike, that lifts hold cost for gold. Midterm vote Nov 3 adds swing. Oil slide -6% in WTI helped bounce, but AI stock sell drags.

What draws holder most:
1 - Fed path: 74% hike odds is headwind, any drop in odds lifts gold to $3,975-4,025.
2 - One-year low: $3,870 was one-year low, $3,906-3,928 is rebound test, $3,920 must clear for trend flip.
3 - Midterm: Vote keeps market cautious, USD soft on Iran talk hope, gold tries to hold $3,940.
4 - Safe haven vs hike: Gold up when fear up, down when rate up, now tug of war.

Watch zone:
Hold above $3,915 (MA30) for move to $3,971-3,998. Lose $3,895-3,870 and slide to $3,830. Long idea needs $3,971 reclaim.
