The best of the community are being called to the stage—will you be among them?

As the year draws to a close, Gate Social has launched a major awards program bringing together everyone who creates and publishes content. Applications for the 2026 Year-End Community Awards opened on November 3rd and will remain open until November 10th.

This is more than just a competition; it’s a gesture of appreciation—a space dedicated to everyone who has spent the year writing analyses, hosting broadcasts, and sharing knowledge. It unfolds across two distinct tracks, both fueled by the same level of excitement.

Who exactly is this competition for?

There are two main categories, each honoring a different type of effort.

The "Content Creator of the Year" category is for those who produce original analyses, market insights, and informative content. The "Broadcaster of the Year" category is for those who connect directly with the community through live streams, sharing information and answering questions.

The top 20 participants in each category will receive awards. This means it’s not just the winners who are recognized—a broad community of consistent creators is celebrated.

Are the prizes limited to just a trophy?

Far from it—there’s much more to the story. Top-ranking participants will receive custom-designed trophies, serving as a meaningful, symbolic recognition of their efforts.

On the tangible side, there are tech prizes—such as DJI products, AirPods, and projectors—along with USDT cash rewards and position vouchers that can be used for trading. Those who reach certain rankings also gain platform-specific perks, such as a "VIP5" badge. In short, you get both increased visibility and practical, real-world benefits.

Is everyone competing in the same pool?

The structure has been carefully designed to ensure fairness. The competition is divided into two distinct regional groups: the Global Group and the Chinese-Speaking Group, with each group ranked internally.

This structure ensures that different linguistic communities compete among themselves on a more balanced playing field. The top 20 participants in each group qualify for awards. The competition is broad, yet fair.

Are you merely a spectator, or are you part of the game?

The best part about these awards is that they aren't limited to just the applicants; as a member of the community, you are also an active participant.

By completing designated tasks, you earn "support points," which you can use to vote for your favorite content creator or streamer. Casting a vote also enters you into prize draws and secures your place in fan rankings. Those who receive the most support are honored with the title of "Outstanding Streamer of the Year" and a special trophy.

What is the message behind this event?

It carries a simple, core message: great content isn't just created—it’s nurtured collectively. One person creates, dozens provide support, and hundreds learn from it.

These awards from Gate Social are designed to foster this very cycle. If you are a creator, they offer a reason to apply; if you follow a creator, they provide a way to show your support. Applications are open until November 10th; keep an eye on the official announcements for full details on how to apply and vote.

Can voting also win fan prizes? Gate has community engagement figured out—two-way incentives.

The design of splitting into a global group and a Chinese-language group is pretty smart; otherwise, Chinese-speaking creators would be at a big disadvantage

Actually, the best part is the VIP5 badge; preferential platform traffic is worth much more than cash

I've been writing since the beginning of the year, and finally a legitimate outlet has been recognized. It's worth it even if I didn't win an award

The Content Creator track feels insanely competitive. I’m familiar with original analysis, but the broadcaster side probably requires more livestream interaction, right?
