Post

I’m a bit busy during the day, but a quick reminder for my followers: no matter how big the next drop is, hold on to your spot assets—spot is always a good thing. A futures opportunity may come at 2118; you can place an order with 50x leverage and a 7% position, stop-loss at 2109, and take-profit at 2230 (if you have more money, you can hold it longer), all the way to 2800. Around 2100, ETH may offer two or three chances to add to your position. The golden bottom isn’t necessarily the lowest point; it’s when the price quickly pulls away from your cost basis as soon as you add to your position. It’s time to change your mindset: take low-entry long positions and survive the volatility. Position size matters more than leverage, and leverage matters more than entry price. You can place a long order now; missing the move costs you nothing, and getting stopped out won’t hurt much—but if it hits, that’ll feel great!!!!!!

Already placed, a little over 3 at 2118, with a stop-loss at 2100. Zoom in a bit

Opened a short at 2350, take profit at 2118? Then go long with a stop loss at 2109. Is that what you mean

Going in at 50x around 2118 is a bit aggressive, and the stop-loss at 2109 is tight. If it gets hit, the bottom call was wrong, but holding spot firmly does bring peace of mind; treat the futures position like a lottery ticket.
