🇹🇭THAILAND GAVE BITCOIN ANOTHER LEGAL WIN.

Bitcoin isn’t legal tender in Thailand, but the Supreme Court has now recognized it as property under criminal law.
That’s the part people need to understand.
A country doesn’t have to make BTC its official currency to acknowledge that people own it, that it has market value, and that it deserves legal recognition.
Crypto has been regulated in Thailand since 2018, so this isn’t some overnight decision to embrace Bitcoin.
It’s another step in how the legal system treats the asset.
Slowly, but surely.
