You may see the Euro trading near 1.11742 against the US Dollar in this snapshot. The pair recently broke below the 1.1185 bracket low. This level had held as support through three tests in October. A bracket low is a recent price floor that buyers defended. When it breaks, the market often watches the next levels below.

The move comes as the US Dollar firms ahead of two central bank meetings. Both the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank are widely expected to keep rates unchanged this week. The Euro is also facing pressure from slower eurozone business activity and fiscal concerns in France.

For you, these levels are reference points to watch, not signals to act. The short term focus is on whether price stays under 1.1185. Below that line, market watchers are monitoring 1.1164, 1.1153, and 1.1141. If price crosses back above 1.1185, attention shifts to 1.1191, 1.1197, 1.1206, and 1.1213.

Markets are watching the Fed on Wednesday and the ECB on Thursday. Policy guidance may matter more than the decisions themselves. If officials signal a slower path, the Euro may find support. If the dollar stays firm, the pair may keep testing lower levels. Both directions remain possible.

Which level matters most to you right now, the 1.1185 line or the central bank guidance. This is not financial advice.
