#StakeLaunchPoolToShare2.8M$DNA $DNA #ShareWeekly

Gate Launchpool Season 383 is live, and the headline number is “up to 194.67% APR”. I’d rather read the term sheet first, then the number.

1. The term sheet
You stake BTC, ETH or DNA to share 2.8M DNA from Oct 16 to Nov 6 (11:00 UTC), about 21 days or 504 hours. Rewards unlock 100% and arrive in your spot account hourly. The pools split 1.12M / 1.12M / 0.56M DNA across BTC, ETH and DNA. That’s 40/40/20. In total, 2.8M is 0.28% of DNA’s fixed 1B supply. No single wallet can take more than 10% of an hourly pool, and the maximum stake is 5 BTC, 150 ETH or 500,000 DNA.

2. Where 194.67% probably comes from
The DNA pool pays 1,111.11 DNA an hour, which is about 9.73M DNA a year. Divide that by 1.9467 and you get exactly 5.0M DNA. So the headline looks like the DNA pool with about 5M DNA staked (my reverse-engineering, not an official breakdown). APR falls as more gets staked, and it’s paid in DNA, so what it’s worth depends on DNA’s price.

3. What a BTC stake might earn
Reward per BTC over the full 21 days is 1.12M ÷ total BTC staked, in DNA. At DNA’s 0.25779 on my chart, I get:

100 BTC in the pool: about $2,887 per BTC, or 3.5% of a $82,047 BTC
500 BTC: about $577, or 0.70%
1,000 BTC: about $289, or 0.35%

For scale, one report had 7-day BTC implied volatility near 32%. That’s roughly a ±7.7% one-sigma move over 21 days (my math). If the pool fills up, BTC’s own price risk dwarfs the yield.

4. The token behind the reward
NeoSoul is an AI-agent project, with its NeoTrade product described as an execution layer for trading agents. It trades on BNB Chain with a fixed 1B supply. One source says only about 9% was in the circulating count on day one, which would put FDV near 11x market cap (my math: about $23M against $258M at today’s price). DNA closed its first day around $0.2857, per a data aggregator. My chart shows 0.25779, about 10% lower, after an early spike that faded into a roughly 0.25 to 0.31 range.

5. Fine print
Identity verification is required. Borrowed funds, institutional accounts and sub-accounts are excluded. The UK and other restricted regions can’t participate. About 67 hours of the 504 have already passed, so roughly 13% of the 2.8M has been distributed (my math). The announcement states no downside protection.

6. The honest risks
You keep full BTC or ETH price exposure while collecting a volatile new token that’s 100% unlocked, so every hour’s reward can be sold immediately by everyone. The announcement itself warns of early-stage project risk, sharp price swings and possible withdrawal issues.

My take: This is a small token incentive on top of a position I’d only hold for its own reasons. The right questions are how much is staked in the pool and where DNA trades, not what the headline APR says. If you wouldn’t hold the BTC or ETH anyway, the reward doesn’t make up for it.

Not financial advice.

Do you look at the pool’s total staked before joining a Launchpool, or only at the APR? And would you stake BTC for a token you couldn’t value yet?
