📊 Earnings season kicks into high gear with a dense week of reports.

From Oct 13 to 16, major banks, healthcare companies, and semiconductor firms release their quarterly results. The market will be watching for signals on credit health, consumer strength, and AI demand.

⚖️ The calendar:
• Oct 13: JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, J&J, UnitedHealth. Focus: loan provisions, deposit costs, trading revenue.
• Oct 14: Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, State Street, ASML. Focus: asset management flows, lithography demand.
• Oct 15: Taiwan Semiconductor. Focus: AI chip demand, margins, capex, revenue outlook.
• Oct 16: Regional banks and insurers (Citizens, M&T, Regions, Truist, Travelers).

The week presents a split picture. Financials will reveal how higher rates are affecting lending and deposit costs, alongside potential credit loss provisions. Semiconductors, led by TSMC and ASML, will show whether AI-related demand remains resilient. Two different sectors, two different barometers for the broader economy.

Which data point matters more to your current outlook: bank provisions or AI chip demand? 👇
