#每周来晒 #市场回调如何布局
As of September 29, 2026, BTC is trading around the $83,000–$84,000 level, while ETH is hovering near $2,670–$2,700. BTC has pulled back from levels above $86,000, and rising Treasury bond yields are currently exerting pressure on risk assets.

Critical levels to watch

BTC $82,000, then $79,000–$80,000 ~$80,000–$83,000 $86,000–$87,500, then $90,000

ETH $2,640, then $2,575–$2,600 ~$2,580–$2,650 $2,700–$2,800

SOL $113–$118, then ~$105–$110 ~$110–$118 ~$124–$125

XRP $1.44, then ~$1.37–$1.40 ~$1.40–$1.48 $1.55–$1.60

BNB ~$740–$750 ~$740–$760 ~$780–$800

*These are technical accumulation zones; they do not constitute a guarantee or personalized investment advice.

For BTC specifically, the $82,000 level holds particular importance: while this zone aligns with previous peaks, a sustained break below the $80,000 level would significantly weaken the current market structure. Regarding upward movement, the $86,000–$87,000 range is the initial resistance zone that needs to be broken.

For ETH, the $2,640 level is the current support being monitored, while $2,700 acts as the initial resistance. ETH recently rose from around $2,575 to $2,800 and subsequently consolidated by trading sideways within the $2,650–$2,700 range.

For assets with higher beta (market sensitivity), there are specific levels to watch for SOL: current analyses point to ~$113.77 as support, ~$123.96 as resistance, and ~$110 as an additional lower level. XRP is trading around $1.48 and facing resistance near $1.55; $1.44 and $1.37 stand out as key support levels.

How do I assess the pullback?

Rather than trying to predict the exact bottom, a technically sounder approach is to observe the price action at the support level:

* If BTC holds the $82,000 level: The possibility of a consolidation or re-accumulation phase remains.

* If BTC loses the $80,000 level: I would view this as a significant deterioration in the short-term market structure.

* If BTC reclaims the $86,000–$87,500 range: This would provide stronger confirmation that the pullback has been absorbed.

* If ETH holds the $2,640 level: The market structure maintains its relatively positive trajectory.

* If ETH breaks above the $2,700–$2,800 range: The next phase of the rally gains more solid technical confirmation.

* SOL/XRP: Due to their higher beta, their percentage movements in either direction can be significantly larger.

There is also a macroeconomic risk to consider: The recent weakness in BTC is coinciding with rising US Treasury yields and increasing oil prices, while markets closely monitor upcoming US inflation data.

1. Adding to positions: A pullback to a defined support level generally offers a clearer risk/reward balance compared to chasing a vertical price move. Buying incrementally rather than deploying all capital at once can mitigate timing risk.

2. Comparing BTC/ETH with high-beta altcoins: BTC/ETH generally exhibits lower relative volatility compared to SOL/XRP and other altcoins. High-beta assets may promise larger percentage moves, but downside movements can also gain momentum just as quickly. The choice largely depends on your risk tolerance and investment horizon.

3. Profit/loss and portfolio changes: I do not maintain a personal portfolio or a trading profit/loss record; therefore, I cannot provide a factual statement regarding this. When following your own strategy, I recommend recording the entry price, position size, current profit/loss status, invalidation level, target levels, and allocated percentage, rather than evaluating the portfolio based solely on the headline return.

I am monitoring the $82,000 level for BTC and the $2,640 level for ETH, and I am waiting for confirmation of either support or a breakout before increasing risk.
