#GateUS全美合规牌照增至37张 state-level compliant licenses therefore highlights its continued focus on expanding its regulated presence.

Building a Stronger U.S. Presence
The United States remains one of the most important markets for the digital-asset industry. However, successfully operating in such a market requires more than offering a wide range of trading products.
A strong platform needs to combine compliance, technology, liquidity, security, customer experience, and localization.
Gate US’s growing licensing footprint can be viewed as part of this broader strategy. As regulatory expectations continue to develop, platforms with stronger compliance infrastructure may be better positioned to serve users over the long term.
Compliance + Products + Liquidity
Compliance alone does not determine the success of a trading platform. Users also care about product variety, liquidity, trading experience, security, and accessibility.
This creates an interesting competitive landscape. The strongest global platforms will likely be those capable of balancing regulatory requirements with innovation and user demand.
Gate US’s expansion to 37 state-level compliant licenses adds another important piece to that strategy.
My View
In my opinion, regulatory compliance is becoming one of the most important long-term foundations for the crypto industry.
Trading volume can change with market conditions, and product trends can come and go. But a strong compliance and infrastructure foundation can support sustainable expansion over many years.
The addition of the Massachusetts MTL and the milestone of 37 state-level compliant licenses show how seriously regulatory expansion is becoming part of the competition among global crypto platforms.
The next question is: What is the biggest moat for a global trading platform—compliance, products, liquidity, or localization?
