Crypto markets rarely move as one single group. Capital can rotate from Bitcoin to Ethereum, from large caps to mid caps, and eventually toward smaller speculative assets. 🔄📊

Understanding this rotation can sometimes be more useful than watching individual coins.

When Bitcoin leads the market, investors may be seeking relative safety within crypto. If BTC begins moving sideways while other major assets strengthen, risk appetite could be increasing.

That is where I start watching:

📌 BTC dominance
📌 ETH/BTC relative performance
📌 Altcoin trading volume
📌 Stablecoin liquidity
📌 Sector-specific momentum

The important part is not to assume that every rotation will continue. Capital can move back just as quickly as it arrived.

This is why I prefer confirmation over prediction. If a sector shows rising liquidity, improving volume and stronger relative performance, the trend becomes more interesting.

Crypto is a market of narratives, but narratives eventually need liquidity behind them.

The real question for this season is not simply “Which coin will pump?” It is “Where is the market allocating capital next?”

What sector do you think could attract the next major wave of liquidity?
