Few people were discussing LSK before, but over the past few days it has suddenly started surging with heavy volume.
On September 12, it briefly climbed above $0.21 in a single day, with volume significantly higher than the previous day, as funds pushed the price up from around $0.10.
The most interesting part of this market action is not how much it has risen, but that an old coin that had been dormant for a long time has suddenly regained liquidity and attention.
But assets like this are also the most likely to go to either extreme:
When funds are taking turns pushing it higher, they give you no chance to get in.
Once the volume fails to keep up, the pullback will be just as unforgiving.
So for LSK, I would not rush to chase the rally; I would first watch whether trading volume can remain sustained and whether the price can stabilize after the surge.
When old coins suddenly awaken, it often means the market has started looking for a new direction for speculation.
