Post

What a person says often reveals the position they are in. When someone constantly complains to me about how difficult their life is, how their family holds them back, and how bad their circumstances are, they are most likely still an ordinary person, because what they lack most is support, hope, and the strength to take action again; when someone asks me what to do next, what to learn, or which path to take, they have most likely entered the middle class, because what they truly lack is a clearer and more efficient path upward; and when someone tells me they already have several good options but does not know which one to choose, they are often already a high-net-worth individual, because they lack neither opportunities nor resources—the only thing they truly lack is judgment. So, ordinary people buy emotions, the middle class buys paths, and high-net-worth individuals buy judgment.

That last line—ordinary people buy emotions, the middle class buys pathways, and high-net-worth individuals buy judgment—could be used as a signature.

Haha, so what kind of crypto sucker are you—buying emotions or buying the path?

It stings a little, but on the other hand, realizing which tier you're in is actually the beginning of breaking through.

Indeed, I've really felt this lately—when giving advice to different friends, I found that what they want is completely different.

This tiering is pretty accurate, but in reality many people are stuck in the middle, neither here nor there—which tier do they fall into?
