$PONS isn’t giving a clean “buy the dip” signal yet — and that’s exactly why I’m watching the structure instead of the discount.
After reaching around $0.97, PONS has seen a sharp correction. Current price is around $0.57, with today’s trading range roughly $0.53–$0.80. That’s a big volatility zone, so entering in the middle of the range gives poor risk control.
My strategy here is to scale into confirmation, not weakness.
If PONS holds the $0.53–$0.55 area and starts forming higher lows, I’d look for a reclaim toward $0.65–$0.70 first. A clean break above that zone with improving volume could open the way toward $0.80, followed by the previous high area.
If $0.53 fails decisively, I would not average down blindly. The next setup would be to wait for a new base and let the market show where buyers are actually willing to defend.
The key lesson with a fast-moving meme like PONS is simple: price being down heavily is not the setup — the reaction after the drop is the setup.
For now, I’d keep risk small, avoid chasing green candles, and let support + volume confirm the next trade.
