💰 Your USDT can be waiting for the next trade — but does it really have to sit completely idle?
One thing I’ve noticed in trading is that having capital ready is important.
I don’t always want to enter the market immediately. Sometimes the chart looks interesting, but the entry isn’t clean enough. Sometimes I’m waiting for support to hold, a breakout to confirm, or simply for the market to give a better risk/reward setup.
So what happens to the USDT or USDC I’m holding during that time?
Usually… nothing.
It just stays there while I wait.

So I keep some USDT ready.
If the setup comes, I want that capital available.
If the setup doesn’t come, the capital may simply remain unused.

It doesn’t change my trading strategy.
It doesn’t tell me when to buy or sell.
It simply gives another option for handling eligible stablecoin balances while I’m waiting.
And honestly, I think this is a useful mindset for traders:
