When blind users need help seeing something, they can request assistance, and a volunteer will answer and connect with them. Through the camera, the volunteer helps identify what is in front of the user based on their needs. I think this product is especially meaningful. It does not require someone to donate a lot of money, nor does it require a long-term commitment of significant time.

Maybe it only takes three to five minutes of your spare time, using the visual ability you already have to help another person who happens to be unable to see solve a specific problem. An ability that costs one person virtually nothing can be extremely important to someone else. The truly interesting aspect of technology is not just improving efficiency, making money, or creating greater commercial value. Sometimes its more important role is connecting goodwill that was originally scattered across the world, so that when a stranger needs help, someone genuinely responds.
Of course, people need to make money, because money determines many of our choices and freedoms. But life should not be only about making money. If one day we can create products, do things, or establish mechanisms that make the world a little kinder and more convenient simply by existing, and make life a little easier for some people who face difficulties, I think that in itself is also a value very much worth pursuing.
