#‌$NVDA NVDA AT $231: NVIDIA REMAINS ONE OF THE STRONGEST AI STOCKS — FULL MARKET ANALYSIS, NFP IMPACT & TRADING PLAN
NVIDIA remains one of the most powerful names in the global technology market, and in my view NVDA continues to deserve serious attention because the AI infrastructure story is far from finished. With NVDA around the $231 area, the stock is sitting in an important decision zone where momentum, fundamentals, AI demand, macroeconomic pressure and valuation are all coming together. The latest verified Friday close was approximately $230.36, after NVDA traded as high as $234.76 and as low as $229.63. That means buyers are still defending the upper part of the recent range, but the market needs a clean breakout before the next major leg higher can become convincing.

MY VIEW ON NVIDIA
I remain structurally bullish on NVIDIA because the company is not simply selling graphics processors anymore. NVIDIA has become a major infrastructure platform for accelerated computing, AI training, inference, networking and data-center expansion. Its latest fiscal Q2 2027 results showed revenue of approximately $96.2 billion, up 18% sequentially, demonstrating that demand for AI infrastructure remains enormous. The company continues to benefit from hyperscalers, cloud providers, enterprises and AI developers investing heavily in computing capacity.
The biggest reason I continue to respect NVDA is execution. AI spending is moving from experimentation toward large-scale infrastructure deployment. Blackwell is becoming an important growth engine, while the next generation of NVIDIA architecture creates another potential cycle of demand. Analysts continue to debate the exact size and timing of the Blackwell and Rubin opportunity, but the broader accelerated-computing trend remains powerful.

NVIDIA also recently announced its approximately $12.93 billion acquisition of Hugging Face, showing that its strategy is expanding beyond chips toward the wider AI developer ecosystem. In my opinion, this strengthens NVIDIA's long-term positioning if the company successfully connects hardware, software, models and developers into one ecosystem.

NFP REPORT: THE BIG MACRO ISSUE
The latest U.S. August employment report changed the short-term market equation. Nonfarm payrolls increased by 162,000, substantially above expectations, while unemployment remained at 4.1%. Average hourly earnings increased 0.3% in August and were up approximately 3.1% year over year. The report showed that the U.S. labor market remains more resilient than many investors expected.
The immediate consequence is higher interest-rate sensitivity. Following the jobs report, markets increased the probability of a Federal Reserve rate hike at the September 15–16 meeting, with futures pricing roughly a 59% chance according to Reuters. Treasury yields also moved higher, with the 10-year yield approaching 4.78%.
This is the major risk for NVDA. Higher yields can compress valuation multiples, particularly for high-growth technology companies. Therefore, even if NVIDIA's business remains extremely strong, the stock can still experience sharp pullbacks if the Fed becomes more hawkish.
However, there is another side to the story. Strong employment also means the U.S. economy has not collapsed. A resilient economy can support corporate technology spending and data-center investment. Therefore, I would not interpret the NFP report as automatically bearish for NVIDIA. I see it as a volatility catalyst.

CURRENT MARKET SENTIMENT
My overall sentiment on NVDA is BULLISH WITH CAUTION.
The bullish argument is straightforward: AI infrastructure demand remains powerful, NVIDIA continues to report exceptional financial results, Blackwell and future platforms create additional growth opportunities, and the company remains one of the dominant beneficiaries of the global AI investment cycle.
The cautious argument is equally important: NVDA has already experienced an enormous long-term re-rating, expectations are extremely high, interest rates are elevated, and any disappointment in AI spending, margins, supply, export restrictions or future guidance could trigger aggressive profit-taking.
Therefore, I would not chase every green candle. I prefer confirmation, controlled entries and buying meaningful pullbacks.

KEY SUPPORT LEVELS
$229–$230 is the immediate short-term support zone around the latest closing area.
$224–$225 is the first important technical support. A successful defense of this region would show that buyers are still willing to step in after a modest correction.
$217–$220 is a stronger support zone based on the recent price structure. A move toward this area could provide a more attractive risk/reward setup for patient buyers.
$209–$213 is the major deeper support zone. If NVDA reaches this region without a fundamental deterioration, I would consider it a much more important test of the medium-term bullish structure.

KEY RESISTANCE LEVELS
$234–$235 is the immediate resistance area. A decisive breakout above this region with strong volume would improve the short-term bullish structure.
$240 is the next psychological target. A daily close above $240 could attract momentum traders and increase the probability of a move toward the next resistance zone.
$250 is a major psychological and technical milestone. If NVDA establishes $250 as support after breaking it, the market could begin targeting significantly higher levels.
Above $250, my next medium-term upside zones would be approximately $260–$270, followed by $280–$300 if AI momentum remains strong and the broader Nasdaq environment stays supportive.

TRADING PLAN
My preferred bullish setup is not to blindly buy at any price. I would rather see NVDA reclaim and hold $235 with convincing volume. If that happens, the first momentum objective is $240, followed by $250.
A second strategy is buying controlled pullbacks. If price falls toward $224–$225 and buyers defend the zone, traders could look for a recovery toward $235 and $240. If the stock falls deeper toward $217–$220, the risk/reward becomes more interesting for investors who can tolerate volatility.
For aggressive breakout traders, a confirmed move above $235 can be treated as the first trigger. For conservative traders, I would prefer a daily close above $240 before increasing exposure.

SL1: $224 — aggressive short-term risk level.

SL2: $217 — medium-risk invalidation zone.

SL3: $209 — deeper structural protection level.

These levels are examples for planning, not guarantees. NVDA can move several dollars quickly, especially around macroeconomic events.

TAKE-PROFIT PLAN
TP1: $240 — first momentum objective.
TP2: $250 — major psychological target.
TP3: $270–$280 — extended bullish target.
If momentum becomes exceptionally strong and AI-related earnings expectations continue rising, $300 becomes a possible longer-term psychological target. From $231, a move to $240 represents roughly +3.9%, $250 approximately +8.2%, $270 approximately +16.9%, $280 approximately +21.2%, and $300 approximately +29.9%.
But these are scenario levels, not promises. The market must earn each target through price action, volume and fundamentals.

MY PERSONAL MARKET PLAN
In my opinion, the best approach is to divide the trade into multiple portions instead of entering the entire position at once. One portion can be considered around a confirmed breakout, another on a controlled pullback, and a final portion only if the stock confirms support again.
If NVDA breaks $235 and holds it, I become more optimistic toward $240 and $250. If $250 is broken with strong volume, the next phase could target $260–$270 and potentially $280–$300.
On the other hand, if NVDA loses $224 and cannot recover it, I would become more defensive. A break below $217 would weaken the short-term bullish structure further, while a sustained move below $209 would force me to reconsider the entire bullish setup.

THE BIG PICTURE
The most important thing investors should understand is that NVIDIA is no longer trading only on today's earnings. The market is pricing the future of AI infrastructure. That creates enormous opportunity, but it also creates enormous expectations.
If AI data-center spending continues accelerating, NVIDIA can potentially remain one of the market's strongest mega-cap growth companies. If hyperscalers continue increasing capital expenditure and demand for accelerated computing remains strong, the long-term story remains compelling.
My view is therefore bullish, but disciplined bullish. I would rather buy confirmation and controlled weakness than chase an extended candle. The NFP report has introduced additional interest-rate risk, but it has not destroyed the fundamental AI thesis.

FINAL VERDICT
NVDA around $231 remains attractive from a long-term AI-growth perspective, but the $234–$235 region is the immediate battle zone. Above $235, I would watch $240, then $250, with $270–$280 and eventually $300 as higher bullish scenarios. Below $224, caution increases; below $217, the short-term structure becomes significantly weaker; and below $209, the bullish setup requires a major reassessment.
My sentiment: BULLISH, but not blindly bullish.
The opportunity is large, the AI story is powerful, and NVIDIA remains one of the strongest companies in the AI infrastructure race. But successful trading is not simply about predicting how high a stock can go. It is about knowing where the thesis is confirmed, where it becomes invalid, and how much risk you are willing to accept.

The key idea is $235 → $240 → $250 on the upside, while $224 → $217 → $209 are the levels I would watch most closely for downside risk.
