#PONSSurges41.9%

PONS pushed its market capitalisation through 500 million dollars earlier, printing a new all-time high before settling near 473 million. The token is up 41.9 percent over the past 24 hours. The protocol continues to direct 80 percent of revenue into buybacks and burns, and 29.34 percent of total supply has already been permanently removed. The combination of aggressive supply reduction and the latest price expansion is the backdrop for the current move.

On the one-hour chart price is trading at 0.6473 after a high of 0.6611. The 9-period MA sits at 0.6731 and the 50-period MA is lower at 0.5203. Bollinger Bands stretch from 0.5387 on the downside to 0.7224 on the upside, with the middle band near 0.6306. Price is consolidating just below the 9-period MA and well inside the upper half of the band. The next clear resistance is the upper band and SRL level at 0.7224. Support starts at the middle band near 0.6306, followed by the 50-period MA at 0.5203 and the deeper 0.5387 zone.

RSI is at 58.54, neutral and with room in both directions. MACD has flattened near the zero line after the earlier impulse, consistent with a short-term pause.

The bullish case is a clean hold above 0.6306 and a subsequent break of 0.7224. If the buyback-and-burn mechanism continues to absorb supply at the current rate and volume remains elevated, the path of least resistance stays higher. In that scenario the entire 0.6306–0.5203 region becomes the first support band on any pullback.

The bearish case starts with a failure to hold 0.6306. A break back under that level on rising volume would likely target 0.5203 and open the door toward 0.5387. After a 41.9 percent twenty-four-hour run and a brief tag of the 500 million market-cap level, some digestion is normal once the immediate momentum fades.

I am treating 0.7224 as the next upside magnet and 0.6306 as the short-term trend filter. The 29.34 percent supply reduction and the 80 percent revenue commitment to burns are real structural supports, but the chart still has to confirm whether buyers are willing to defend the post-ATH range or whether the move needs time to consolidate. Size stays measured until one of those levels resolves with volume.

What’s your take on the rally after the 500 million market-cap print? Are you treating the hold above 0.63 as continuation, or already looking for a deeper test of 0.52? Share your levels and framing.
