#Gate60MillionUsers

Eighteen months ago, I joined Gate with a very simple idea: I would try it, learn something about crypto, and see what happened. I had already seen several platforms before, so I was not exactly entering with unlimited trust. My mindset was basically, “Let’s give this a chance, but I’m not expecting miracles.” I started working on Gate, creating content, watching the market and trying to understand how everything worked. For the first month, I was genuinely interested and kept putting in the effort, but then the results did not come the way I expected.

And this is where my story becomes a little funny.

After working for a while, my brain started making comparisons with the other apps I had used before. I thought, “Okay… maybe this is another one of those platforms where you work, spend your time, and then receive nothing.” I did not say goodbye dramatically. I simply started losing interest. My expectations were completely different from what I understand today. I wanted to see a result quickly, and when that did not happen, I started believing that maybe Gate was not going to give me anything either.

So I stopped.

For around two or three months, Gate became one of those apps sitting quietly in the background of my life. I had moved on and was not putting the same effort into it. At that point, I honestly thought my Gate story might already be finished before it had properly started.

Then something caught my attention.

I started seeing other creators getting their names on rewards and appearing in different Gate activities. I watched people around me continue working, improving their content and actually receiving results. That changed something in my mind. I started thinking, “Wait a minute… if they can do it, why am I sitting here saying it is fake?”

That question was more powerful than my disappointment.

Instead of blaming the platform, I started questioning my own approach.

Maybe Gate was not the problem.

Maybe I had simply stopped before understanding the game.

That realization brought me back.

And this time, I came back with a different attitude. I stopped expecting an instant reward and decided that if I wanted results, I needed to actually put in the work. I started creating more content, paying closer attention to the market, studying what worked and learning from the people who were already getting results.

The funny thing about a comeback is that you return with confidence in your head, but the market does not care about your confidence.

It still makes you work for every result.

There were days when I posted and thought, “This one is definitely going to perform.”

The result?

Absolutely nothing.

There were other days when I spent much more time thinking about a post, checking the market and trying to make the analysis better, only to discover that the simplest idea performed better.

That taught me another lesson: sometimes you can spend an hour fighting with your own thoughts, while the market is sitting there saying, “Just keep it simple.”

I kept going.

Then I became more interested in trading. I wanted to understand the market instead of only talking about it. I started looking at price movements, support and resistance, momentum and the reasons behind market reactions. Trading also taught me something very quickly: being confident and being correct are two completely different things.

I had trades where I felt extremely confident.

The market disagreed.

I had trades where I thought, “This probably will not move much.”

The market suddenly decided to prove me completely wrong.

Crypto has a special talent for teaching humility without sending you an invitation first.

But every mistake became part of the learning process.

Eventually, I also started live streaming. That added another level to my journey because discussing the market in front of people forces you to know what you are talking about. You cannot simply look at a candle and say, “It looks bullish.”

Someone might immediately ask, “Why?”

And suddenly you realize you need an actual answer.

That pressure helped me improve.

Posting taught me consistency.

Trading taught me discipline.

Streaming taught me preparation.

And the whole experience taught me patience.

One of my most memorable moments came much later, when I used a voucher one morning without expecting anything extraordinary. My thinking was simple: maybe I would make a couple of dollars from it and that would be it. I used it and went on with my day.

Later in the afternoon, I checked the result.

I expected a small number.

Instead, I saw +22 USDT.

For a second, I honestly thought I had read it incorrectly.

I checked again.

Still +22 USDT.

That moment made me laugh because I had basically treated the voucher like a small experiment, and it came back looking much more serious than I expected.

But the important part was not the $22 itself.

It was everything that had happened before it.

I had joined Gate.

I had worked.

I had doubted it.

I had compared it with other platforms.

I had stopped.

I had watched other people succeed.

I had become inspired.

I had returned.

I had struggled again.

And eventually, I got my own result.

That is why the +22 USDT still means something to me.

It was not a life-changing amount of money.

It was a confidence-changing moment.

It showed me that the person who had once said, “Maybe this platform gives nothing,” had simply not stayed long enough to see what could happen.

Looking back at my eighteen months on Gate, I realize my journey was never a straight line.

It was more like a crypto chart.

Up.

Down.

Sideways.

Sudden breakout.

Unexpected rejection.

Then another attempt.

And somehow, the chart kept moving.

The biggest difference between the person who joined eighteen months ago and the person I am today is not how much I know. I still have a lot to learn. The difference is that I no longer expect everything to happen immediately.

I understand now that an opportunity can look useless when you are not giving yourself enough time to understand it.

That is also why the 60 million-user milestone feels different to me.

Behind that number are millions of people with completely different stories. Some probably joined because they wanted to trade Bitcoin. Some came for altcoins. Some discovered futures. Some came for content. Some joined because a friend recommended Gate.

And some probably joined, tried it, became disappointed, disappeared for a while and then came back.

Maybe there are more stories like mine than we realize.

My Gate story has a strange timeline: I joined eighteen months ago, worked for a while, disappeared for two or three months, watched others succeed, became inspired, returned and started again.

The first time I wanted results.

The second time I wanted to understand.

That difference changed everything.

Today, when I see people getting rewards and building their own presence on Gate, I do not think, “Why them?”

I think, “If they can build it, I can build it too.”

That mindset has taken me much further than my original expectations ever could.

And perhaps that is the funniest part of my story.

I almost left because I thought Gate was not giving me anything.

Then I came back because I saw other people proving that I was wrong.

Gate did not disappoint me.

I simply needed to stop expecting the result before putting in the work.

So if someone is reading this and currently feels like nothing is happening, my advice is simple: do not judge your entire journey by one slow month. Learn, improve, experiment and give yourself enough time to see whether your effort is actually building something.

Because sometimes the difference between quitting and succeeding is not talent.

It is the decision to come back one more time.

Eighteen months ago, I joined Gate as someone looking for an opportunity.

Today, I am still learning, still creating, still trading and still trying to become better.

And that unexpected +22 USDT?

I still remember it because it was more than a profit.

It was the little notification that told me:

“You came back for a reason.”

Gate has reached 60 million users.

My story is only one among those millions.

But if I had to describe it in three lines, I would say:

I joined, doubted, disappeared, and came back.
I watched others succeed and decided I would fight for my own chance.
I did not get the result immediately but when it finally came, I knew I had made the right decision by not giving up. @Gate_Square

18 months ago, I joined Gate without knowing that I was not simply opening an exchange account. I was opening the first chapter of my real journey into crypto.

I joined Gate in January 2025. At the beginning, a friend explained to me how Gate worked and told me that I could start by creating posts and learning step by step. So that is exactly what I did.

I started with posting.

Not trading. Not chasing profits. Not pretending I already understood the market.

Just posting, observing, asking questions, and learning.

Every day, I tried to understand something new about Gate and the crypto market. Slowly, I started discovering different features, understanding how the platform worked, and becoming more comfortable with the idea that learning had to come before earning.

But then came the funny part of my story.

I had already worked on several other websites before Gate. Unfortunately, those experiences did not go well. I spent a lot of time, faced losses, and even ended up losing my own money. Because of that history, I had developed a very simple rule in my mind:

“If I don’t earn quickly, this must be another fake platform.”

And Gate almost became a victim of that mindset.

I started working, but nothing happened.

No earnings.

No big result.

Meanwhile, the friends who had introduced me to Gate were already earning.

I was sitting there thinking:

“Wait… they are getting results, but I am getting absolutely nothing?”

After around two or three months of not seeing the results I expected, I stopped working on Gate.

I basically told myself, “Okay, maybe this one is also not for me.”

Then I left.

But something kept bothering me.

If Gate was giving results to the people working around me, why couldn't I get the same opportunity?

That question brought me back.

And this time, I decided to approach Gate differently.

Instead of expecting immediate earnings, I started putting my effort into learning the platform properly. I continued posting, studied the market, experimented with different ways of creating content, and gradually started understanding what I was actually doing.

That was the turning point.

My name started appearing.

My confidence started growing.

And, most importantly, I finally understood something that I should probably have understood from day one:

Sometimes the problem is not the platform.

Sometimes the problem is that we give up before we understand how to use the opportunity.

For me, Gate became much more than a place where I could post content.

I eventually started trading.

Then I started live streaming.

Posting became part of my daily routine. Trading became another way of learning. Live streaming pushed me to understand the market even more because when you speak about a market, you quickly discover how much you actually know.

And yes, my trading journey was definitely not a perfect one.

My first trades were not some movie-style success story where I entered the market and immediately became a genius trader.

I took losses.

More than once.

There were trades where I thought I had finally understood the market, only for the market to respond with a very clear:

“No, you didn't.”

That part actually made me laugh later.

But I refused to quit.

After taking several losses and learning from each one, I eventually caught a trade with a much better profit margin.

The result?

+22 USDT.

For some traders, $22 may not sound like a huge number.

For me, it was huge.

Because it was not just 22 USDT.

It was the biggest profit margin I had achieved from my own trading at that point.

More importantly, it came after losses.

That made the number mean much more to me.

I had already experienced losing trades, frustration, doubt and the temptation to stop. So when I finally saw +22 USDT on a trade, my reaction was not simply “I made money.”

It was:

“Finally… I didn't quit.”

That is probably the most important lesson Gate has given me.

My first step was posting.

Then came learning.

Then trading.

Then live streaming.

And somewhere between all of those steps, I stopped looking at Gate as just another website and started seeing it as the beginning of my own journey.

January 2025 feels very different from where I am now.

Back then, I was comparing Gate with all the platforms where I had previously wasted time and lost money.

Today, Gate is the first exchange I can genuinely connect with the beginning of my earning journey.

That is why the 60 million user milestone feels interesting to me.

60 million users means 60 million different stories.

Some people probably joined because they wanted to trade Bitcoin.

Some came for altcoins.

Some came for futures.

Some came for earning opportunities.

Some came because a friend invited them.

And some, like me, probably joined without having any idea how important that first step would eventually become.

My story started with a simple post.

I left.

I came back.

I learned.

I lost.

I kept going.

I traded.

I eventually made my first meaningful profit of +22 USDT.

And now, 18 months later, I can honestly say that Gate was not just another exchange I tried.

It became the place where my crypto journey actually started to feel real.

So if I had to describe my Gate journey in one line, it would be:

I joined Gate looking for a way to earn, but I stayed because I learned how to earn.

And the funniest part?

If I had completely trusted my first two or three months of results, I probably would not be writing this story today.

Sometimes the best trade is not entering the market.

Sometimes it is simply refusing to quit.

Here’s to the next chapter after 60 million.

My Gate journey started in January 2025.

And I have a feeling the +22 USDT trade was only the beginning.
