🚨 $ETH ‌Fund flows are diverging, with BTC clearly holding up better than ETH

U.S. spot BTC ETFs saw net inflows of approximately $101 million yesterday, with BlackRock’s IBIT alone attracting $115.4 million

By contrast, ETH ETFs saw net outflows of approximately $48.2 million for the day, while ETHA’s single-day outflows exceeded $53 million

This comparison is actually quite interesting:
Institutions are not completely avoiding crypto right now, but are clearly favoring BTC.
BTC continues to see sustained fund inflows, while ETH is experiencing outflows, indicating that the market’s risk appetite remains relatively cautious

So if we are looking at relative strength in the short term, I still prefer to first watch whether BTC ETF inflows can continue

If BTC continues to attract funds while ETH’s inflows fail to return, the performance of the two may continue to diverge

Where the money flows is often more important than whatever narrative the market is touting.

Is BTC becoming a safe-haven asset? This script is a bit surreal.

If this divergence continues, the ETH/BTC exchange rate will collapse.

Consider adding to the position once there are signs of funds flowing back into ETH.

Capital outflows are more frightening than price declines—a matter of confidence.
