#XRP
XRP is currently around $1.34, and this is an important technical area because recent price action shows that buyers are trying to defend the $1.34–$1.36 support zone after XRP was rejected from the higher $1.40–$1.45 resistance area. Recent market analysis also identifies $1.34–$1.36 as a critical floor, while a sustained break below this region could open the way toward approximately $1.28. My view is that XRP is currently in a decision zone rather than a place where I would blindly chase a position. At $1.34, the risk/reward becomes much more interesting if buyers defend support and volume confirms a rebound, but the setup becomes bearish if sellers gain control and the daily candle closes decisively below support.

1-Day Chart: What Is XRP Telling Us?
On the 1-day chart, XRP's structure is showing a strong recovery followed by profit-taking and consolidation. XRP recently pushed toward the $1.69 area, but the rejection from higher levels created a significant pullback, and the market subsequently struggled to reclaim $1.40. Recent analysis specifically highlights the failure around $1.40–$1.45 and the resulting loss of short-term momentum. This tells me that the bulls are still present, but they need to prove themselves again. The first confirmation I want to see is XRP reclaiming $1.38–$1.40, followed by a clean break above $1.45 with stronger volume. If that happens, the market can transition from simple consolidation back into an upside continuation structure.

At the same time, the daily chart cannot ignore the downside. If XRP loses $1.34 and especially closes below $1.30, the current bullish recovery structure becomes significantly weaker. The next important downside area would then be approximately $1.28, while deeper weakness could bring the market toward the $1.20–$1.18 region. Current market data also shows XRP around $1.35 with approximately $2.26B in 24-hour trading volume, demonstrating that liquidity remains substantial enough for sharp moves in either direction.

7-Day Chart: Bigger Picture
The 7-day chart gives a more interesting picture because XRP has already demonstrated that buyers can produce an extremely aggressive recovery when momentum arrives. Recent reporting showed XRP gaining more than 50% in under two weeks before the subsequent rejection and pullback, which means volatility remains extremely high. After such a powerful move, I would not treat every red candle as a complete trend reversal; some of the decline can simply represent profit-taking and a reset of overheated momentum.

For the weekly structure, my key question is whether XRP can establish a higher low above the previous major support region and then attack $1.40–$1.45 again. If buyers successfully reclaim that zone, the next major targets become $1.50, $1.60 and $1.69. A decisive breakout above $1.69 would be a much stronger bullish signal because it would remove the most important recent rejection high and potentially attract fresh momentum traders. On the other hand, if XRP breaks below $1.28, the 7-day structure would become considerably weaker and I would shift from aggressive long positioning toward capital protection.

Key Support Levels
My XRP support map from the current $1.34 area is:

S1: $1.34–$1.35 — immediate decision zone and the first level I want buyers to defend.

S2: $1.28–$1.30 — stronger support and an important invalidation area for the current recovery setup.

S3: $1.18–$1.20 — deeper support if the broader correction accelerates.

The $1.34 region is particularly important because recent market analysis has independently highlighted approximately $1.34–$1.36 as a critical technical floor.

Key Resistance Levels
On the upside, my resistance map is:
R1: $1.38–$1.40 — first hurdle and short-term confirmation zone.

R2: $1.45–$1.50 — major supply/resistance region.

R3: $1.60–$1.69 — major upside target and previous rejection zone.

Above $1.69, XRP could enter a completely different momentum phase. I would then watch $1.80, $2.00 and $2.20 as psychological and technical targets rather than assuming the move must stop at $1.69.

My XRP Forecast
My base-case forecast is that XRP first attempts to stabilize around $1.34–$1.36 and then tests $1.40–$1.45. If $1.45 breaks with convincing volume, I would look toward $1.50–$1.60, with $1.69 as the major bullish objective.

From the current $1.34 entry reference, a move to $1.45 would represent approximately +8.2%, $1.50 approximately +11.9%, $1.60 approximately +19.4%, and $1.69 approximately +26.1%.

My bullish extension scenario would be a breakout above $1.69, followed by continuation toward $1.80–$2.00. From $1.34, $2.00 would represent approximately +49.3%. I would not call $2.00 guaranteed, however; XRP would need to demonstrate a genuine breakout, sustained volume and supportive broader crypto-market conditions.

Trading Strategy: What Is My Next Plan?
I would not chase XRP aggressively at $1.34 simply because the price looks cheap after the pullback. My preferred approach is confirmation-based. If XRP holds $1.34–$1.35 and begins producing higher lows on the lower timeframes, I would consider a controlled long setup. The strongest confirmation would come from a reclaim of $1.38–$1.40, followed by a daily close above the resistance zone. This reduces the possibility of entering directly into another rejection.

For an aggressive trader, the $1.34–$1.36 support zone can be treated as the decision area, but position size should remain controlled because support can fail. For a safer trader, I would rather sacrifice a few percentage points and wait for XRP to reclaim $1.40–$1.45 with volume. The objective is not to predict every candle; the objective is to enter when the probability and risk/reward become favorable.

My SL and TP Plan
For a long setup around $1.34–$1.36, my risk-management framework would be:
SL1: $1.30 — tight/aggressive protection if the immediate support fails.

SL2: $1.27 — wider protection below the $1.28–$1.30 support area.

SL3: $1.19 — deeper invalidation level for a larger swing position.

And my upside targets:
TP1: $1.40–$1.45
TP2: $1.50–$1.60
TP3: $1.69–$1.80
I would consider taking partial profit at TP1 rather than waiting for TP3 with the entire position. If XRP reaches TP1 and then establishes a higher low, the stop can potentially be moved upward to protect capital. If XRP breaks $1.69 convincingly, I would then reassess the position instead of automatically closing everything.

Bullish vs Bearish Scenario
The bullish scenario is simple: XRP holds $1.34, reclaims $1.40, breaks $1.45, and then converts that former resistance into support. If this sequence occurs with increasing volume, the probability of a move toward $1.50 → $1.60 → $1.69 improves significantly. A breakout above $1.69 could then open the door toward $1.80–$2.00.

The bearish scenario is equally important: XRP loses $1.34, fails to recover it, and then breaks $1.30. In that situation, I would not continue averaging blindly because the next important area could be around $1.28, followed by approximately $1.20. A daily close below $1.28 would tell me that the current recovery structure needs to be reconsidered rather than defended emotionally.

Market Sentiment
My current sentiment is cautiously bullish but confirmation-dependent. XRP still has a meaningful recovery structure, but the rejection from the $1.40–$1.45 region shows that sellers remain active. Recent market data also places XRP around $1.35 with roughly $84B market capitalization and about $2.26B 24-hour volume, while CoinGecko reports a recent 7-day decline of roughly 3.8%. That combination tells me the market has cooled from the earlier explosive rally, but it has not automatically become structurally bearish.

For the Gate Event Contract Trade Sharing Challenge, my biggest lesson is that the best trade is not always the trade with the biggest target. The better trade is the one where I clearly know my entry zone, invalidation level, profit targets and confirmation conditions before entering. At $1.34, XRP is sitting at a level where the next move could become significant, so my plan is patience: defend support, wait for confirmation, control leverage, protect capital, and let the market prove the direction.
