💧 Bitcoin's Next Move May Be About Liquidity — Not Hype

Here's a metric most traders overlook: liquidity.
Bitcoin's chart can look bullish while liquidity underneath stays weak — and that's when things get dangerous.
Recent data shows improving liquidity conditions alongside renewed ETF demand. That matters because sustainable rallies run on real capital, not leveraged traders chasing candles.
Think of the market in three layers:
1️⃣ Liquidity enters — capital becomes available
2️⃣ BTC absorbs it — Bitcoin gets the first major allocation
3️⃣ Capital rotates — ETH and higher-beta assets start outperforming
This is why I don't call every BTC pump a new altseason.
Watch liquidity first. Then watch BTC. Then watch the rotation.
The biggest mistake traders make is jumping to stage three before stages one and two actually happen.
Do you track liquidity before entering a trade?

Liquidity is indeed an invisible indicator; many people only look at candlestick charts.

So it’s not time to rotate positions from the current BTC pump yet?

I’m the one who went all in on the third layer without even confirming the first layer.

BTC siphons liquidity first, then ETH follows with a rally—the classic script.
